Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I typically get food from another location, but I was close to this one. I had to return three different times to get my order correct for a grilled chicken sandwich, the first time it wasn’t included in the bag , the second time I was given a regular chicken sandwich, and finally was given the right order. So if you do find yourself on this side of town do yourself a favor a check the bag, don’t do what I did. Aside from that , the food was great and the staff is extremely friendly, if I do visit this location again I will be sure to check the bag, lol. I normally would recommend restaurants but just be wary of your contents. Cheers

As an out of stater, gotta say, Whataburger is worth the hype! I especially liked the breakfast sandwiches. And a big shout out to Alesha at the front counter. She was incredibly sweet and very kind to my son. Would recommend the chain, but this stop in particular to anyone stopping through!

This place is the most well run fast food joint in the entire city of San Antonio And I’ve been to all of them.
Management team is exceptional. And the staff of mostly young teens is absolutely the best.
Never been a fan of burgers, but this place serves burgers so fan or not I will Always eat here where the service is perfect. God bless this Amazing restaurant .

This location off Marbach can use some training, I ordered food thru the drive through with my mother and ordered a chicken wrap and etc. the wrap was like a loose floppy messy tortilla taco falling apart. It was drowned in sauce with wilted lettuce, broken piece of a cheese slice, and small breaded chicken pieces. Nothing like the advertisement. Quality was horrible. No pride at all. So messy to handle… Thanks !!!

Rude young lady waiting/serving Me, my older Neice & 2 Grandchildren, went to eat there after taking them Roller Skating! & I had 4 Free Whataburger Vouchers, used 3, & she acted rude about it, was rude even when I ordered my grandsons food, fries & sodas for the other 3 of us! She acted like it was her food & we weren’t paying for it! Even with the Vouchers it still cost me $25.00 dollars for the extras & food for my GSon! Will never go back, & I was even from out of town! The tables were not cleaned, we had to clean our table so we could sit & eat our meals! The Restaurant was busy after we got there, but not before, so she didn’t have a good excuse to treat Customers like she did! I even told her thank you when she handed my debit card back to me, she didn’t acknowledge me! & I said oh you’re welcome, she looked @me like I don’t know what you’re saying!

Ok so idk if the lady couldn’t hear me but she got my burger wrong 2 times I ordered a double burger combo one slice of cheese, no onions, add mayo and bacon my burger came back and it was mayo, extra onions, and bacon only so the 3rd time I spoke with the manager and finally my burger was correct 3rd time a charm

Been to this location a couple of times and the food is great! By far the best Whataburger I have ever been to. The patty was seasoned and cooked just right, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile. If you want fast service, good and fresh food come to this place!
