We generally enjoy ordering from this Pizza Hut location. Our pizza order is always accurate, hot, ready fast, and it tastes good! One of our favorite easy dinners “on the way home”. Today I ordered and accidentally forgot the pepperoni on our pizza apparently… thankfully, Josh asked me to double check and look at everything on my pick-up order before I left. I am glad he asked me too because otherwise I would not have caught my own mistake! He was happy to re-make it for me, free of charge and it was very quick. He did not seem inconvenienced whatsoever and was happy to help me, despite it being my mistake. He let me take the cheese pizza home, too. We always appreciate friendly, efficient service with attention to detail – kudos to Josh and his team today!

I DO NOT recommend this place in the slightest. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE to pay nearly $80 and not get half of what you asked for.
One mistake can be overlooked but our order was made with too many mistakes to be okay with. Only 2 of 5 pizzas were correct. Missing pineapple on 1 pizza, wrong crust on 3 pizzas. I would rather wait a little longer for my order than and get what I ordered, instead of what was obviously a rushed processed full of mistakes. You get charged more for pan crust.

1) 2 Pan Pepperoni Pizzas
-Received 1 Pan 1 Hand Tossed
2) 1 Pan Ham Mushroom Pineaple
-Received Hand Tossed Ham & Mushroom missing pineapple.

I am a regular customer here. The pizza is normally great, so of course when I got a coupon for a free 1 topping pizza, I jumped on it. Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever gotten. The crust was burnt, hardly any sauce or cheese to speak of. It was the weirdest thin little crunchy awful thing I’ve ever had. It tasted like something that was cooked yesterday and sat under a heat lamp overnight. Not your A game guys. I would expect this from a place like domino’s. Hell, a hot and ready would have been better.
I left three stars because everything is normally pretty good. But this was a huge disappointment. I hope this doesn’t continue.

Wow…. $53 for cold food and the pizza definitely was not fully cooked. Also, why did my food come from a door dasher? Probably a start to why it was cold. I have not ordered pizza hut in years, very disappointing. A frozen pizza would have been much better.

Seems like a lot of the bad reviews here are in reference to the manager at this location. Steven, instead of having any semblance of customer service, proceeded to just shut down and hang up on me because I was frustrated at a situation. When I called back I told him not to hang up on me so we could find a solution to the issue, he then told me not to tell him what to do and hung up on me again. He then would answer and hang up on me every time I called. This is a horrible representation of your business and if you are the owner reading this, understand that this man is hurting your business.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. This is not the first time my family ordered some food from Pizza Hut. Tonight it was a horrible experience. The delivery driver was rude, the chicken pizza was mostly cheese and sauce. The Pepperoni looked overcooked and the cheese pizza is burnt. Their thirty minutes delivery time was a half hour late. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.

Went to Pizza Hut on a quiet Tuesday evening, and Steve at the counter was an absolute letdown. The place was practically empty, yet he turned us away, claiming he was “too busy” to take our order. Too busy doing what? The restaurant was dead! It’s a simple Pizza Hut, not a five-star kitchen during a dinner rush. Steve’s attitude was dismissive, and he couldn’t handle the basic demands of the job. Management needs to rethink who’s representing their business.

Most horrible Pizza Hut experience. Arrived for pick up. Was completely ignored by all 6 employees. There was only 1 other customer there. It seemed like a total mess. None of the employees knew what the other was doing or where things were or it felt & looked like chaos. Totally unorganized. Waited 20 minutes after asking for help twice only to find out my order was sitting in the heating waiting oven area by the cashier the whole time. Terrible customer service.
