The new snack wrap is good as a quick snack snack, drive thru took over 5 min. Food tastes fresh and made correctly. Amsterdams snack wraps were 10x better.

Tried the new Chicken Big Mac! It was really good! Initially tasted like pickles but then started tasting like chicken. The only thing I didn’t like was that it acted like a Big Mac. The sandwich started sliding around and turned out to be really messy to eat. (See photo). But that’s how Big Macs are so don’t expect it to be different now that it’s chicken. It’s REALLY good. I probably won’t get it again because I don’t like my food falling apart but if you don’t care about that then definitely try it!!

There is never anyone at the register. The self service drink station is always out of order. If you want a refill you stand for over 5 minutes just trying to get a worker’s attention. McDonald’s is making a huge mistake taking out the self serve beverage station and understaffing the front register to the point where there is never anyone around to help you.

I showed up 15 min before ending of breakfast on Saturday and my special request was granted as well as although the iced coffee was down this amazing young lady, Faye offered to change it to a caramel macchiato for me instead. Great customer service with a smile, Evan. Very refreshing in this day and age. Great job, Heron Lakes McDonald’s. Thank you for always being there for us and our neighborhood. Inside always clean.

It takes a TON for me to sit and write a review but I felt compelled in this case. This is ABSOLUTELY one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to. If they don’t recycle food all day, they certainly do through lunch time before 1pm. It’s convenient because they’re in the neighborhood, but DAILY (for about 2 weeks) they had hard fries, hard oatmeal, hard buns, hard burgers! It just literally NEVER STOPPED! Total waste of time and money. Save yours!
(Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back a few months later. The fish filet sandwich was HARD AS A ROCK – as seen in the photo. Couldnt bite through it. I tried to break a piece off with my hand and it LITERALLY broke into two parts l hard pieces. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING)
