First time here. Great birthday lunch. Food was great. Fire alarm never went off. Dumplings for the birthday freebie was delicious. Tofu dish my neice had she loved it. I had honey garlic chicken. Very good and had a nice crunch, but tender. Dyane was bouncing all over and had great energy. He’d check on us making sure our needs were meet, and our food was hot .

I would like to formally report that Keynan, the server at P.F. Chang’s, executed an optimal hospitality performance. From the moment I was seated, Keynan demonstrated high-efficiency menu knowledge, rapid response time, and premium-level friendliness.
My water glass never fell below 87% capacity, which I found statistically impressive. Keynan also recommended the Mongolian Beef with an enthusiasm level that I would describe as positively inspirational. The food arrived so quickly that I momentarily questioned whether Keynan possessed time-manipulation abilities.
Throughout the dining cycle, Keynan achieved a perfect balance of attentiveness without excessive table-interruptions. This resulted in maximum dining comfort and peak satisfaction metrics.
I hereby rate this interaction as:

Had to stop here on a busy workday for some much-needed nourishment, and had a truly wonderful meal with excellent food and service all-around. Love that there are good and healthy vegetarian options available, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. As someone who rarely eats at restaurants, my server Natalie went above and beyond in providing awesome service and checking in without being too persistent or anything. There’s something special and hard to put into words about getting a meal after a busy day, and just being around people and activity in a busy and active mall after seeing some empty ones post-Covid. Appreciate the experience so much more, and happy to see people not staring in front of tv’s and screens and outdoors, interacting with society, and rendering services. Much love to the institution and all parties involved. Thank you so much for the food and service ❤️

Our server was Derik. While new to the serving game he was very attentive and very kind. Checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was going well and was really on top of pre bussing the table, which from a fellow server is really appreciated!

As a Chinese person, this is very disappointing…. The rice is raw and hard, i have never had rice that’s this bad. Cuz as a Chinese cuisine chain restaurant how the hell do you mess up RICE? However the honey chicken and salad is good but come onnnn

Tried this restaurant for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. Server Keynan made our time very enjoyable, with constant attention to our table. He recommended the mongolian beef, his personal favorite, and the peach boba. Both were excellent! Would come again.
