We LOVED the snow crab and the oysters! Both were excellent. The flambéed salmon, however, had a bit too much sauce or mayo for our taste, which overwhelmed the flavor of the fish. Overall, it’s a great restaurant that also doubles as a shop where you can purchase high-quality products. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant is amazing!!! We went there on Saturday lunch without reservation. Luckily that the waiter managed to get us a shared table with another solo customer.
The ambient is nice. Small but cozy and feel relaxed to eat. The food was so so good! We ordered fish and chips, creamy mussels, fish soup and fish gratin. All food is delicious especially fish and chips and all french fries that are super crispy. The mayonnaise with garlic is super nice to dip the fries with! The waiter is friendly and attentive. Price is reasonable. We really love this restaurant and highly recommend if you come to Oslo.

We tried the famous fish soup and it was really tasty and the oysters were also delicious. Service was a bit slow (we had to wait for quite some time for the soups) and the rye bread we got with the herring that was our starter was not enough so we had to ask for extra bread which also took some time. Prices are probably ok for Norwegian standards but for us, Eastern Europeans, it was a bit pricey:)

A great finding in Oslo City to satisfy our seafood cravings during transit cod croquet, fish & chips and oysters were amazing n fresh. Especially liked the bread that was served w the Bacalao. Koselig but maxed out seatings, guessed it is very popular and highly reviewed restaurant.
Thanks sweet young lady waitress for the welcoming smile

Excellent dinner experience! Hands down the best fish and chips we had in Oslo — perfectly cooked, crispy, and full of flavor. The fish soup was also very good, rich and comforting. Great food and a place we’d happily recommend and return to.

I came bacise they say this was the best local fish soup and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a cozy place, but really crowded in weekend so make a reservation.

I recommend you to make a reservation because they were delicious dishes worth it. The products were fresh and the taste was balanced. Fish soup was successful even though it was different from what I had drunk before.

Order the fish soup and shrimp salad on toast
Fish soup needed a bit more fish than maybe a pinch of salt, shrimp salad with twice the size I expected. The salad was not overly dressed and the toasted bread that it came on with microgreens was very good
