I placed an order through the app for two large pizzas. It was nice to be able to track the progress of my food. When I arrived my order was correct, and my pizza was piping hot. I have no complaints!

Whoever they had answering the manager line, was NOT professional. First thing, we ordered a large stuffed crust sausage pizza, garlic bread sticks, and Buffalo wings….
Delivery driver had to call me because he was too lazy to look at the box for a Patio code.. He said they don’t give us Delivery instructions, funny cause it’s right on the box.. Then he hands me 2 soaking boxes, come to find out its garlic parmesan sauce leaking from every corner, more of the sauce got on our pizza( which made it soggy) then it did on our breadsticks. I tried to call for a refund or fresh pizza, but “the manager” is slacking!

I ordered a medium pizza customized and garlic knotts.. both were cold the cheese looked like plastic and all the seasoning on knotts fell off onto the tray.. I ordered at 6:10 pm it left store at 6:26 pm it is a 8 minute drive to my house from location but it got to me at 7:10 pm.. I tried to call the store for refund and i literally have been on hold the first time for 17 minutes then I hung and called back and no one said hello or anything and threw me back on hold for 11 minutes.. as we speak I’m still on hold and it rings back to the store and the put me on hold again.. I have screenshots to prove! I want my money back! Nothing else! Thank you

They changed the ingredients to a much lower grade pizza breading. It now is the worst pizza we have ever had since they did this. We have ordered for the second time to verify the quality change was not a one time thing. I highly recommend you don’t buy their pizza anymore. Posted a picture to show proof of the change in quality.

Ordered a pizza and 2 papadillas. What I got was a pizza and for each papadilla 4 more slices of pizza thrown on top of each other to attempt to make it a sandwich. It’s like I ordered a papadilla through WISH. This was supposed to be their redemption from the 3 hour delivery a month ago.

If you like crust and trash center pizza this is the place for you. Tired of plain old pizza joints? Tired of ordering a large and getting a large? For only 60 bucks you can enjoy not 1 not 2 but a whole ring of burnt crust with the smallest amount of cheese and ronies. Trying to fit into that bathing suit this or next summer? With all this bread the chances are “slim” terrible service. Terrible pizza all 3 of them were like this. This one however was the most attractive. Never again Papa.

Hot items are not put the delivery bag.
Every DoorDash experience has been terrible.
