Donahoo’s in Riverside is still my favorite but this place is pretty good too, the chicken just isn’t quite as perfectly crispy and seasoned as my girl Gaby at Donahoo’s makes it but the place is clean and they have a few little tables so you can stay and eat.
Overall it worth a visit and it’s satisfying but if you want the best fried chicken, go see Gaby at Donahoo’s in riverside.

First time ever trying Louisiana’s famous fried chicken and I was pretty surprised by how small the restaurant was and how good the chicken was. Got the 4pc meal with 2sides ( red beans and rice & Mac N cheese ) the chicken was really good super juicy with a little bit of spice the red beans and rice was good. Especially when I added the hot sauce to it. The Mac N cheese was also really good and extra creamy the role. I believe it was a King’s Hawaiian bread. It was tiny but did taste good. I will definitely come back for more chicken in the future they have really good customer service right here and some very friendly employees

Food is ok. The shrimp was good but the chicken wings had a lot of fat. The wait was long. I asked if they give a sample of the ice coffee and was told no. Why not?!? It costs over $4… I’m not paying full price or buying something when I don’t know if I’ll like it and end up throwing it away. Too bad they don’t accommodate customers that way. The best thing was the Hawaiian dinner roll probably because they don’t make it.

I was looking to eat somewhere new this time around and remembered that there were two places I hadn’t tried right near each other. I decided to try the chicken first and I hoped it was better than the place I had tried years ago. Well let me tell you right from the start that this was so much better than the place I had years ago. I don’t know what they do different here but I could eat from this new store again and again.
I had a nice conversation with the owner and she was very nice and upfront about the reality of what this economy has done to all of us. I could definitely relate.
What I noticed just minutes after I got there was the amount of customers that were flowing in. Always a good sign. I even struck up a conversation with another customer as we both waited for our orders. I love that they don’t cook it until you order it.
All in all, I had a good first experience and I will return.
UPDATE – I am still enjoying the hot freshly made chicken I get here. I could say that I am a regular now.

This Place Is Now My Favorite Spot, the cooks make sure your food is hot and fresh by they time u walk out and vary kind and generous and on top of things in that kitchen omg, The lady at the front desk is dope vary nice, kind and on top of things also I wish I could give this place more then just 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere whatever yall doing in there keep doing it because yall are doing a damn good job. Great little place to grab some fried shrimp, fish and/or chicken. The service is fast and courteous. It’s a family run joint. My food came out hot and fast. What I really enjoyed was that, the food was actually flavorful. The chicken, was well spiced, the shrimp had a great pop and crispness to them. The fish had a real flaky and clean flavor to it. You must try a slushy, I had the green apple flavor and now, I want to try all the flavors. The sides are really good as well. Overall, I enjoyed this place. Great place to call ahead and take some home for the family on a Friday or Saturday movie night.

Food is mediocre at best. The one in Rialto is definitely better in my opinion. Every time I come to this one the food lacks flavor but is extremely salty. Even the fries have too much salt and aren’t really that great tasting. Not to mention their prices are higher than other chains.
Presentation is there. And it’s always fresh which is why i gave it two stars. But i won’t be returning.

This is some of the best fried chicken around town. The drive home from picking up my chicken I knew I was in for a treat. The smell was so good my mouth was watering the whole ride home. The taste was even better. Crisp on the outside and juicy on the in, this fried chicken is awesome! Also enjoyed a side of mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy which were also delicious. They also have great Buffalo chicken wings! If you are in the area definitely call ahead of time or come in and order! Remember it’s fresh fried chicken so it can take 15 minutes plus so order with time! It’s definitely worth the wait!

The fries are too salty I asked for light on salt! And the chicken barley has any chicken! And on top the prices here is expensive than before! Before the chicken breast were bigger and with a lot of meat and favor now its over cooked! Do not recommend
