Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

My niece Ary wanted whataburger for her bday. Cashier was patient and attentive with taking the girls orders. Service was excellent and food was brought with minimal wait. Highlight was the Manager Martie(Martha Molina) and the crew singing Happy Birthday to Ary, gifting her a cinnamon roll, gummy bracelets, and a pink flower bracelet that lights up. Awesome experience for the girls. Thank you whataburger. Definitely coming back.

This is about the 4th time I come to this location giving them the benefit of the doubt Arrived to work with half an order of fries. Last time it was with 3 tiny chicken strips Burned buns and meat. Like a Las Vegas crap shoot ordering food here in Donna Tx. This is a poorly managed place. Food orders are frequently wrong giving hard breakfast biscuits, the wrong burger, no lettuce pickles onion’s on hamburgers and no sauce on a patty melts. You will have to check your order before you drive off. Food is usually thrown in the bag squashed without thoughtfulness dumping the fries and no napkins ever. I still eat here being a Whataburger loyalist but it just sucks here in Donna Tx . So I recommend using the order online and pick up at the front door to check your stuff, NOT the drive through pressuring you to leave and returning home to get pissed off once again. Parking is awful at high times with fighting in the parking lot and police arriving.

I wanna say yes its busy, yes they take a little long for our food to reach us but I appreciate the effort these young kids go through to make sure we as customers have the best experience. And let’s not mention the food is always hot and not cold unlike other locations, where they take more than 20 minutes and they claim the food is hot and when its not.

ngl have had some mess ups but nothing like today. went for breakfast through drive-thru and cashier had really ugly service, sounded in a rush when it was only us. they forgot to add the hash browns for one of my meals and there was a FLY IN MY COFFEE!

I want to mention that the customer service at this location was excellent. The cashier did her best to make sure we were taken care of, and Marta, the manager came out to ensure her customers were treated well, walking the floor and touching base with her customers. I honestly felt taken like family.
