I eat Chick-fil-A twice or 3 times a week and first time I get a chicken sandwich without tomato and with a dry piece of chicken. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe and I got a regular grilled chicken sandwich which it’s fine it’s a mistake anyone can make but the dry chicken and no tomato wanted me to just return the sandwich.

What a great experience. This location hosted a “Daddy and Daughter” evening. Was a 1950’s theme. Staff were in character and awesome. After dinner and some small activities – a limo was included to end the evening. Drove around the area for a few minutes. We both had a great experience and will do it again next year. I highly recommend this event and Chick-Fil-A. Bonus special guest showed up – love the cows

Of course the food is good. I spend money with this location so much. The franchisee doesn’t share many rewards . I stopped going to this location . My last reward was July 2025. The one on scenic and Duluth Hwy shows love and I appreciate it. My kids and I love chic fi la on a lazy day. I’ll continue to drive far for appreciation

every chik fil a location should follow this location’s standards. ive been to some really awful chik fil locations with sougy chicken and very dry fries. this one is the best so far. the food is just made and prepared differently especially the fries. please make sure the food stays fresh at all times, thats what gets you guys 5 stars.

Well last year and this year are 2 completely different times because from the looks of it segregation must be in effect I literally ordered a drink and a ice cream cone I had to wait for 8 other customers to be served who just so happen to be white den after 16 mins of waiting I expressed that 8 WHITE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SERVED IN FRONT OF ME NOT TO MENTION THEY ALL HAD ORDERS AND ORDERED AFTER ME however just for me to get recognition I had to literally flag down MR. David who helped me out even though he is not the 1 who took my order he happen to be the 1 nice enough to finish it

Let me explain what happened.
We went to Chick-fil-A around 9:40 p.m. and parked in the curbside area while waiting for my wife to arrive. We placed a big order — a 30-count nugget tray, large fries, and a large drink. I was there with my three boys, and we all shared the drink, which was sweet tea and lemonade. At around 10:03 p.m., I told my 9-year-old son to go ask for a refill. Why? Because there were still two cars in the drive-thru lane. It’s not like the store had completely closed — the side door was still open, and they were still actively serving people. My son was polite. He didn’t interrupt anyone or cut in line. He waited patiently for the two cars to pass. Then he walked up and asked the staff member near the door, “Can I have a refill?” The response? “We already closed.” And they shut the door in his face.
I told my wife — honestly, I could expect that kind of treatment from McDonald’s or some other fast food place. But from Chick-fil-A? A brand that prides itself on politeness and customer service? I couldn’t believe it.

The staff were still working inside. It wasn’t like they had locked up and gone home. All it would’ve taken was two seconds of kindness to say, “Sure, here’s your refill,” instead of shutting the door on a child’s face over a few minutes past closing.

That felt incredibly unprofessional. I’m honestly very disappointed.

I ordered through drive though and the person said they got my order so I pulled around. I had to wait cuz my order wasn’t ready and then when someone asked, I stated my name and they said they couldn’t find my order, even though the person sent me ahead and there was no issues. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and they couldn’t find my order, so they just gave one to me and I went on my way. However, when I came home and opened the box, there was no chicken in my sandwich!!!! I was so disappointed. Luckily I had some just bare chicken nuggets and used that LOL. Still the whole ordeal was not the best. I do enjoy eating CFA tho but today really was a waste of my time. If I had known this is what I’d get, I wouldn’t have even went. ‍♀️

Since I was unable to share this in the app, I am dropping this pic here. When I opened the biscuit there is a very long hair coming from the cheese! I tried to report in the app, but it is almost impossible to do. It doesn’t help that I waited almost 10 mins for me to not be able to eat it.
