Chick-fil-A in King of Prussia is one of those spots that always delivers solid service and food done right. The staff here are super friendly and polite—always greeting you with a smile, whether you’re going inside or rolling through the drive-thru. Speaking of the drive-thru, it’s amazingly efficient even during the lunch and dinner rush. The line might look long at first, but it moves quickly thanks to their well-organized system and team taking orders outside.
Inside, the restaurant is clean, bright, and comfortable for a casual meal. The food is classic Chick-fil-A—fresh chicken sandwiches, nuggets, waffle fries, and that signature sauce everyone loves. Everything tastes fresh and comes out hot every time. It’s also a convenient location if you’re out shopping or running errands around the King of Prussia area, with plenty of parking nearby.
Overall, this Chick-fil-A stands out for its fast service, friendly team, and consistent quality. Definitely one of the better fast-food options around King of Prussia.

They’re always skimpy with the sauce. Normally, they deliver everything to the letter. I ordered using the mobile app and had very specific sauce requests that were not met. This normally isn’t a problem at other locations, but after this visit, I had to leave a review. With as long as the wait is, you’d think they took the time to make sure the orders were accurate.

Absolutely horrible. We’ve had this problem with the King of Prussia CFA many times within the past year. They offered us a free meal (large fry, 2 sandwiches, and a salad) to make up for it and it’s still not any better. I bought an extra 2 fries and a 12-piece nuggets. Take a look at the fry portion and individual piece size (same for all three). This was before we had any to eat of it. We’ve been to other CFAs a bunch of times also and none of them seem to have this problem. The quality of this place has dropped out and they are absolutely cheating customers with costs.

Arrived during lunch rush in the drive thru line which moved quickly; an employee was handing out samples of milkshakes or something similar to customers. The food was hot and fresh. Lots of traffic between the Wawa and Chick Fil A entrance so you need to be watchful.

My favorite Chick-fil-A location. The chicken patty is thick. The drive-thru line is usually long, so using the curbside pickup method is a smart way to get the food quickly. I am not sure about in-store experience, but takeout has been always good for me.

I feel sorry for people who live around here and this is their Chick-fil-A experience, as it is clearly sup-par to every other Chick-fil-A that I’ve ever been to. The food was decent enough, but everything else was lacking. The parking lot was a disordered mess, with the drive-thru line backing though the parking lot, making parking quite difficult. The dining area was not clean and there was nobody coming around to clean or check on customers. I ordered online as I always do at Chick-fil-A and entered the table number when we went in and sat down. After ten minutes the app status still showed that the food wasn’t made yet. After fifteen minutes my wife went to the counter and asked, and our food was sitting up there, but none of the drinks. Maybe they just finished making it? Why wasn’t it brought to the table like every other Chick-fil-A does when I order online and select the table number? We waited for the drinks and brought the food to our table. The food was good, but nobody came around to check, and although I could have used a drink refill, I didn’t want to experience the un-joyful workers at the counter again. It was a disappointing Chick-fil-A experience.
