I am a lover of Fazoli’s especially love a worker there named Naomi. She is truly a gem and deserves the world always so helpful. However today she wasn’t there. The atmosphere was not great, they did seem understaffed which I understand but we were given half of our food originally through the drive thru and had to tell the worker that we didn’t get what we ordered and he seemed he had no idea what we said and we had to re pay. He then only gave us our breadsticks for one of our meals. It just did not seem like a very organized location today.

Service was fast, accurate and personable. It was the first time I had been to a Fazoli’s. My daughter really wanted to have lunch here. Since I am gluten free, I figured a salad is what I would be having for lunch. I was able to sub out the crispy chicken for grilled chicken and asked for no croutons. The salad was delicious. The portion size always generous. I ended up taking about half home and had it for lunch the next day.

Well they have stepped it up. If you dine inside they bring your food to you, it’s unlimited bread sticks! They also offer grated Parmesan on your plate. So doing a little Olive garden vibe . Now food wise it’s pretty much still the same.

We were traveling home and decided to stop for a quick dinner. Getting our order taken was problem number 1. It’s bad enough I have to scan my groceries, but now I’m expected to place my own food order, no thank you. The lady who finally took our order I will say was sweet. But thats the only positive I have to say. So when our food was delivered to the table the young lady brought a meal in an aluminum pan, not sure what that was about but it wasn’t ours. So the rest of our order arrived and my spouses meal was missing. The before mentioned you g lady, returned the meal that wasn’t ours but failed to tell them my spouses meal was missing. Fast forward 15 mins he still has no food. He goes up front to discover his food hasn’t even been cooked because again the previous young lady failed to say part of the order was missing.
The manager who we asked to speak with fave us a refund and told my husband she changed the charge to a large drink to give us more back because we never got his food. Gee thanks I guess he was supposed to eat some dirty cash.
Also the bathrooms are disgusting.

I went to this Fazoli’s yesterday at 12:40 PM and it was hands down one of the most miserable drive-through experiences I’ve ever had. The guy taking my order acted like my existence personally offended him. When I asked for the ravioli, he cut me off and said “We don’t have that” in an extremely rude, irritated tone, like I was stupid for even asking. I’ve been to Fazoli’s plenty of times and I know they have ravioli, so the attitude made it even more ridiculous.
When I pulled up to the window, it got even worse. He didn’t say hello, didn’t say a word at all actually. No total, no confirmation, no thank you. He just shoved the food out the window and stared at me with the most hostile, miserable expression I’ve ever seen on a fast food employee. The kind of look that makes you feel like you’re doing something wrong just by being there. It genuinely felt like he hated customers and had zero interest in even pretending to do his job.
Everyone has bad days, but this wasn’t a bad day. This was straight-up disrespectful and unprofessional. If someone is that annoyed by basic customer interaction, they shouldn’t be anywhere near a drive-through window. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve come in there twice recently myself and my two children. Both times Matthew G. Took care of us and he great, attentive, and great with my kids. We will definitely be back.
