Tried their margherita pizza, super tasty with fresh ingredients (was the perfect amount of tomato sauce – which wasn’t too sweet or sour. Also tried their house and apple / walnut salads – also fresh ingredients
We did wait over 1.5+ hour for the pizza in the early afternoon. Grimaldis was on the busier side that day

Great Neapolitan style pizzas; thin crust with a twist… absolutely delicious. Must try when in spring waterway! We had the Don, the margherita, and the bbq chicken. The Don was the best. Service was great. Visit on Tuesdays for 50 percent off for wine!

Absolutely fantastic pizza!!!
If you live in the woodlands or in the surround areas, I definitely recommend you check this place out.
They aren’t exactly the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for! Very delicious. We ended up ordering online and it only took about 25 minutes to have everything ready. Pizzas were hot and fresh. The salad was also considered a regular, and it was a great size!
Definitely looking forward to our return

Most disappointing experience ever! I never give 1 star. My lowest is usually three because at least they tried, and I would try it again. Restaurants have bad days and I understand. But this was horrible. I payed $20 for a 12 inch half cooked THIN crust pizza that took over 30 min to cook ( not actual, I saw people at seated tables get their pizzas before me, although I ordered before them and saw them being seated, but because I was in carry out (my opinion) I was seen as secondary because I could not be sold add ons, ie dessert.) When I talked to the other people waiting at carry out they ALL shared the same frustration, food was slow. And no one ever came to check on me or make any excuse as to why it was taking so long. Then when I got my pizza from the STONE oven, it didn’t taste good. No point in bragging you cook anything in a stone oven if Little Caesers is quicker and tastes better. This was just an all round fail on food quality and customer service experience.

We had some seriously good pizza today! Stopped by on a whim for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was light and airy with the perfect crust, and the sauce was just the right amount not too messy, which I appreciated since I was wearing a white T-shirt! The service was great too the staff kept us updated on our order, which took a little longer because it was being made fresh. Totally worth the wait!

In my recent visit at the Grimaldi’s Pizzeria i had a delightful experience with its inviting space, top-notch pizza quality, spot-on wine recommendations, and attentive service. A small tweak for an Italian-inspired spot would be offering a good quality extra-virgin olive oil (the one provided fell short of the pizza’s excellence) and adding an espresso machine for that perfect post-meal coffee. Overall, a must-visit!

We waited a long time for outdoor seating and noticed several empty tables from previous guests sitting uncleaned for over 15 minutes before new guests could be seated and order. After about an hour of waiting and watching this happen at three different tables, we asked to switch to indoor seating. We were seated indoors about 25 minutes later.
Once seated, the food arrived quickly, and our waiter was attentive and efficient. However, the bathrooms were not clean or usable, and staff suggested going up another floor to find a restroom. Unfortunately, our children were less than thrilled overall and did not enjoy the food.

We took our dad to Grimaldi’s for his birthday and were really disappointed with the service (Party of 4 adults). When our salad arrived, we were told there were no serving spoons available. When the pizza finally came out, 30 minutes later…they also said the kitchen was out of spatulas for serving. The food was great, but the slow service and lack of basic utensils really took away from the experience.

They struggle with big crowds. During surges the greeters aren’t apt enough to offer outside seating if you are looking to get seated right away. When you ask to get seated outside it turns into more of a discussion. Also the waiters vary in terms of service- some of them deserve a lot of credit they check up on customers and update them but others will let you sit there and wonder where your salad is after you have been waiting 25 to 30 minutes.
