WELL I’M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS VISIT AT ALL. I ORDERED THE MOCK CROC WHICH WAS OK IT WAS BETTER WHEN I ADDED LEMON. I ORDERED HOUSE SALAD WHICH WAS DELICIOUS, STEAK AND SHRIMP ALFREDO. IT WAS DRY AND NASTY HAD TO SEND BACK TO GET SOMETHING ELSE. I ENDED UP ORDERING SHRIMP DINNER WITH BAKED POTATO AND BROCCOLI…. IT TOOK SO LONG I ASKED FOR IT TO GO.. IT TOOK FOREVER AND I’M DISAPPOINTED.

I had Moscoto wine, Sydney Shrooms, and 3-Course Meal(salad, 8oz. sirloin, added a lobster tail, loaded baked potato, and raspberry cheese cake). It came with warm brown bread and butter. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. The steak was deliciously seasoned. Although butter came with it for dipping there was butter also on top. The loaded potato was nice and hot. The Sydney Shrooms were hot & crispy, love them❤️. I dined at the bar which was very clean. Bartender was very attentive and had good customer service. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend .

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a server before so I understand sometime you get busy. However this was NOT the case. There were the same dirty tables the whole time we were there. (About an hour) When I talk to a manager the manager just did not seem to care. Do your self a favor and do NOT go to this outback.

I went here for the consistency of outback and a good meal in a different place. What I found was a filthy place in disrepair. Complete lack of caring. It’s not that there is a lack of staff cause most of them were in the dining room conversing rather than taking a rag to any of the numerous dirty surfaces. There are not many places that I don’t finish my food at but this was one. I suggest giving your money to a different outback location that provides a quality experience.

Our waiter Nate was very professional!!! We had excellent service. The food was awesome. I would definitely recommend going with your family or friends. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Thanks for the great experience.

Save your money and go to another outback steakhouse! This place is poorly ran . The food was ok , nothing special, the service was horrible. The waitress we had kept forgetting stuff and walked by our table plenty of times and didn’t refill our drinks. They also wouldn’t take any thing from our table either they left all these plates on our table with the bread plate as well .When our food finally got to us they waited to tell me they ran out of sweet potatoes. I would highly recommend going to another outback or just going to another steakhouse overall.

I enjoyed everything from the drink, appetizers, entree…unfortunately the server and I forgot my cheesecake. I didn’t realize it until I was on the freeway headed home. I called to speak with a manager, was on hold for about 6 minutes after asking for a manager and then someone came on the phone said hello twice and hung up. I called right back and expressed my initial call, was put on a brief hold and was tills the manager would like me to leave my phone number to call back. I stated I’d call back 2morrow. But the food and service from Taylor was quite well. She was attending to a huge party of about 10-12 ppl so I see how she forgot.

It’s been a particularly difficult couple of months so I decided to treat myself to Outback. This is a big deal as I’m now raising my two grandchildren after my daughter recently passed away and money is tight. I ordered curbside and parked in a totally wrong place. I spoke to them several times and even decided to add on mushrooms for my steak after getting there. I have to say they were wonderful. The folks I talked to were so friendly and they just went above and beyond. The food was also excellent. This review was longer than I expected it to be but I wanted to emphasize that no one knows what anyone is going through. My experience here made my life a little bit better if only for a short time because of wonderful service and just being kind. So thank you Outback in Independence. I will be back and next time I’ll park in the right spot.

I haven’t been in a while and have never been to this location. We were greeted with Smiles! It was so well worth it! My daughter and I treated Ourselves for Mothers Day! I ordered the filet mignon steak with Lobster Tail with a side of Shrimp. She had a Ribye meal. And a new Strawberry Margaritas those were Freaking Awesome! Steak was cooked to order, and everything was Delicious! It wasn’t overcrowded, no wait to sit. Decent crowd. The place was clean. Our waitress Nicole was bomb! Super nice and friendly and checked on us without being over bearing. She was Perfect! We will be back! Highly recommend a stop here!
