Last week we ate hear for the first time and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to make this location our official waffle house for now on, even though other waffle houses are more closer to our job on base we still prefer this store over any other just because of that awesome service we got from the young Hispanic girl that took great care of all our needs the whole time we were there. Her name was hard for me to remember but I’m pretty sure they were calling her lekanny, because of her awesome service we will be back again and will only drop in to eat if we see she’s working other wise we order it to go….thank you sooo much for your great service lekanny

We appreciate the service we received from your server will last Friday night, he wasn’t even are server but the other 2 kids serving stayed on there phones the whole time we were there and your server will took it upon himself to tend to are needs as the others only noticed we needed something only after we got there attention since there phones got more of attention then we did. During that time we were there when the only good server stepped away the others spoke badly about him and were very unprofessional in there conduct in regards to there own colleague and in there own service, other than wills help we were very unsatisfied with this places code of conduct. All in all we probably won’t be coming back

So my wife and I had stopped by here for dinner one evening which was last Wednesday to be exact and we had enjoyed are food and the whole experience for the most part or at least all the way up untill the moment the manager came into the store now this is our first time ever eating at a waffle house so we don’t know for sure if he was a cook or boss but he sounded like a manager since he was giving orders, hopefully I’m wrong and he’s not because he doesn’t seem to know how to speak to another human being with respect. The way he spoke to the other workers was so off putting that at first we were thinking maybe hes kidding but when we see that the girls he was speaking to was obviously bothered by this mans disrespect we could here that he was basically just belittling one of the servers in front of customers and just degrating her that there was no way he was doing this by mistake and definitely wasn’t kidding. It was very disgusting to say the least and my wife and I will not be coming back because of this 1 mans appalling behavior and we hope that young lady server he was speaking to knows that shes got more worth and she shouldn’t have to put up with that. Boss or not and shame on that man for not showing a better example of leadership. Hopefully that man is not a manager and we liked tha food and wouldn’t mind eating there again unless we see that same African American employee there cause everyone else was very professional

Drove out of our way off I-10 on our way back to FL from NOLA because of the Google Maps 4.5 star review—and I see why it’s so high. Friendly, quick and attentive staff, perfectly cooked bacon, and excellent sweet tea!!! Everyone was very happy with their food. Already decorated for Xmas. Women’s bathroom was very clean. Dividers up for COVID and most of the staff wore masks. Totally lived up to the mottos of “Good Food Fast” and “You’re always welcome back home.” Jukebox was set at the perfect volume to hear the music but not drone out conversation. Will remember and head back when nearby!

AC was working great. It worked so good that it was blowing down on my food, which I couldn’t eat fast enough before my eggs were cold. It was an 85% humidity day outside so I sort of understand. I’m guessing that most days they can keep the air conditioning at a normal setting.
