I have not been to this Chik-fil-a before and was not disappointed. As busy as they were I had a large order and got it in under five minutes. The lady who I believe was a manager, rang me up and was so nice. I even asked her about unchanging something and she was more than happy to help me. This place is quick,efficient, and most importantly, clean. I would definitely go back to this particular Chik-fil-a again!

Mannnn chick fil a yall used to be so good. But with these new hires the service has just gone down hill!! Cold food, no utensils, straws or Condiments ( That we asked for ) I mean half of them don’t even say, have a blessed day Do we just not care anymore? This location used to be top-notch now it’s just as bad as going to McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Questionable food temperatures and half hearted service with half the stuff missing.

Very surprised at this interaction, I eat at this location regularly. My fries were old and hot, meaning they must have refried old fries to make them hot but this caused them to turn overly crispy and hollow. 12 count meal at this establish is pricey which I don’t mind but I do expect my food to be fresh and served to me without slight aggrevation. The guy that passed my food to me became irritated when I ask for sauce. He replied its not in the bag. I said no. He went to they tray of sauce I requested and it was empty. He became agitated. Eventually he handed me two sauces and I asked for two more. He looked at me like, how dare you ask for two more. I was so appalled I told him I could pay for them. He just said, have a blessed day ma’am. I’m kind of surprised at this particular establishment. With all that being said my fries were full of crumbs with about five whole fries sitting on top of the pile to make appear as if was full of whole fries.

They always leave something out of your order in the drive thru. Today I ordered a 5 count nugget with 2 sauces. They gave me the 5 count but did not give me any sauce at all.

Excellent as always. Top notch customer service is an understatement. I know it’s been said a million times already but other fast food companies should take note. The food was excellent. Hopefully Chick-fil-A wins the fast food wars and is the last restaurant standing (ask John Spartan).

UPDATE 1/29/2019!! Their homemade niller niller ice cream shakes quenched my sweet tooth today!!!
Came to this location at 3:45 PM and considering it is that a major interstate intersection I was surprised with how quickly the drive-through line moved. They had two guys out in front taking people‘s orders, That greatly helps to speed up process of order to eat! I love me some Chick-fil-A! Then after we ordered through the guys with the order kiosk we pulled up to an umbrella where the lady printed off our receipt! Didn’t even have to order through a speakerphone, she was so nice and even let me take a picture of her for Google! Five star rating all around!
