My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. Service was pleasant and professional. The dining room was pleasant however there were several tables that were dirty.

I went through drive thru today & ordered #9. Outside, the restaurant looks fairly new & clean parking lot. Drive thru seems a bit tight for larger vehicles but speed of going ordering & going through seemed proficient w/ it being around 12:20ish in a Fri. Service & food was good & hot but I cant believe the cost of my meal (over $11 for snadwich, fries & drink). Overall store is probably above average but even though I’m not rating them on this last part, unlike other BK’s this particular restaurant does not support veterans.

Like the new look. Fresh and clean. All new tables, chairs, lighting,floors, and ceilings. Three kiosks now. You can see the menu better now. Two drive-thru lanes now.Friendly staff. However, our food was not as good as before. My double hamburger was not as I ordered, and I think they need to change their oil in the fryer.

Building is nicely remodeled, but the orders still come out missing items. We stopped getting drinks from this location because they are mostly unflavored soda water. Do not recommend. Plenty of other fast food options nearby.

Drive thru order, specifically requested well done, crispy onion rings and jalapeno bites. Kayla took my order but never repeated it. One car in front of me, overall wait was 13 minutes. At the window, I told the male kid about my request and asked him to be sure they were to be crispy. As I watched, he never said anything nor moved, but played with a sauce container by flipping it like a little kid. Finally received my order and needless to say, I had soggy, barely warm fried sides. And photos to prove raw onion rings! Employees just don’t listen nor care about customers. But the morning crew is amazing on Sundays!

Used the drive thru. Service was quick and friendly. Food was as ordered and hot. I also ordred a choc. milkshake and sometimes they are like choc milk, but this one was perfect – thick and yummy. Overall, a great experience.

Okay the manager/lead is a freaking BOSS. It’s a busy BK, but they run quite smoothly. Their service and response to customer needs was on point despite any other circumstances. The inside is super clean as well. Very very well maintained BK

went there with a friend waited 15 mins at the counter and the one worker with pink hair and a airpod in just kept ignoring me i stood at the counter for 15 mins as the only customer in the store when after my friend already got his food and i still wasnt able to order because i was using a coupon that im not able to use at the kiosk i politely asked the worker if could order upfront and got the dirtiest most disrespectful look ever so instead of doing her job and taking my order real fast she called for someone outside to come in to take my order this girl is rude disrespectful and a horrible worker she stood and swept the same spot 10 times while repeatedly looking over at me giving me a side eye and still wouldnt take my order also didnt even bother to call out my food and just put it on the counter excepting me to just know its mine pathetic and horribly ran buisness

I made an order from the window and I used a discount code, but after I went to receive the order, I found that I paid more than I should have, so I asked the lady why I paid more. She told me that it was a mistake and she would give me something else, but she gave me something completely different and spoke in a rude manner and insulted and cursed. I want help if anyone has a phone number or email. I do not ask for a complaint about this lady. Please help me.
