⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing exceptional hospitality thanks to Kerrie Watson, the Restaurant Manager at the Grill 305 Restaurant inside the Embassy Suites Miami International Airport.

Kerrie truly sets the standard for what outstanding leadership and guest service should look like. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed — not just as hotel guests, but as valued visitors. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated the entire dining experience.

What impressed me most was how seamlessly everything ran under her leadership. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was smooth, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. Kerrie has an incredible ability to balance efficiency with personal connection — checking in with sincerity while ensuring the entire restaurant operates flawlessly.

It’s clear her team respects her, and that positive energy carries throughout the restaurant. That kind of leadership makes all the difference.

If you’re staying at Embassy Suites Miami International Airport, make sure you dine at Grill 305 — and if you have the opportunity to meet Kerrie Watson, you’ll immediately understand why this restaurant stands out.

A true professional and a huge asset to the hotel.

Highly recommend! ✨

Our group of 5 ate dinner here while staying at the Embassy Suites. Quite pricey but that’s to be expected from an airport hotel. My friend and I split the Greek salad and Mediterranean pizza, and my other 3 friends ordered the spicy chicken wings, blackened salmon, and creamy garlic tortellini pasta. The pizza was decent and filling. They also provided a lot of feta on the Greek salad. My other friends thought their dishes were just okay.

The food, ambiance, and service were all excellent!!! We came in town and were staying at the Holiday Inn and found out about this restaurant. We were seated immediately and served expeditiously with hot, delicious food! Gabi, our waitress, also made the mahi rum punch, where she suggested making it with coconut rum, and it was soooo good! We were surprisingly.
Satisfied experience at Grill 305. The next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely be back!!!

They make their club sandwich with ciabatta bread and it just doesn’t work. They took a classic and ruined it. Nothing here is great it’s just expensive. Even their steak looks depressing and that’s one of the easiest to get right. For the price they need to step up their game.

I ordered a steak medium rare and it was well done.
The servers ignored our requests for service.
The people sitting next to us gave us their menus because they were done waiting for service. Not a good experience at all. I will still tip the server because it’s the right thing to do. But it won’t be a big one.

Brought out 2 drinks for 7 people. Proceeded to ask us what our drink orders weee again. Took 10 additional minutes for waters.. got two orders wrong, took them back and brought them right back out and tried to convince us she wasn’t wrong. Took one back and brought it back out 20 minutes later which caused me to cancel it. Very rude and condescending waitress. Would not recommend at all. Don’t waste your time.

The food here was excellent! At least what we ordered was. I did the Mahi and shrimp with fries and Cole slaw. My wife ordered the salmon with cuscus. This place is pretty much just an extension of the main room at the Miami Airport Embassy Suites. The server didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks. They just brought us water, which is fine. There is a 15 percent gratuity already added to the ticket no matter how many people are eating. The price for two people with waters after the tip was $85.

This was the most disgusting place. $20 for nasty bulk chips pre-made guacamole and salsa from a jar. Ordered a cheese burger and the patty was cooked so long and had been practically cut in half so it was so dry didn’t even try it. For as much as they charge you would think they would up their game.

The food was good, and the staff was attentive but it took a loooooong time to get the food. The food was made to order. Do not select this option if you are in a hurry. Also, you are going to pay for convenience. You walk up and pick your table. If any of these things bother you, do not eat here because you will get upset.
