This particular Popeyes is one of the worst I’ve been to. The restaurant was a mess. The garbage was close to overflowing. The drink counter was full of garbage and spilled drinks. Oddly enough, right next in the middle of the mess, was an open container labeled “sanitizer”. Not only did they evidently not use it, but it shouldn’t be left out at a drink station. It was there when I walked in and still there when I left.
The chicken in my sandwich was obviously past its prime and the beans and rice were mostly rice. Oddly enough, the chicken strips my wife and daughter ordered were very good, if not a bit too salty for my preference. But we were only given one sauce with each order, then told I had to pay for extra. 1 sauce per order of chicken strips is not sufficient. I wasn’t asking for a bag of sauces, I was asking for 1 extra. Eventually, the employee relented when I asked how many they were supposed to give per order.
My experience at this location will keep me from coming back. I’ll continue going to the yorkville location in the future.

I put in a mobile order over my lunch. When I went to pick it up the drive through attendant told me they could not prepare my order and were closed I asked for a refund and received no response. When I went to the window to ask for a refund no one went to the window. I tried to contact customer support and was met with the worst AI agent I have ever encountered who said that my order could not be cancelled or refunded once placed and then CLOSED THE TICKET AND WOULD NOT LET ME OPEN A NEW ONE. I called the store and no one picked up. So Popeyes straight up stole my money and I have no way of contacting a human to complain. I will NEVER go to a Popeyes again in my life and will tell every single person in my life not to patronize this store.

I got instant diarrhea :/ they forgot my soda at the window when I asked they said I didn’t order one til I showed the receipt they didn’t apologize. I did say thank you cause I was raised to be polite. But When I got home they forgot a side too -_- who ever is the gm or manager is hiring people who do not care about the business and do not want customers to come becuase they are depending on customers not to come to comp all the food to take it home . This Popeyes will be closing with in the next year or two if you guys do not hire new staff who want the restaurant to succeed.

Very kind staff, Luis really made me feel welcome upon arrival. I ordered a great chicken bacon sandwich I eat at popeyes all the time and never had a chicken sandwich this juicy the place is so clean you can eat off the floor. If im around the area again I will definatey swing by here again.

They asked me to wait 15 min for fresh chicken, which was fine, and then they give me half my 12 piece chicken, from the old section cold, and the fries were cold! Very disappointed! Use to love Popeyes, last time going to that location!

I hate doing this but the Popeyes on Orchard Road in Oswego sucks. I placed my order drive thru, I couldn’t hear the lady. They made me stay around 10 minutes at the final window having 2 different people ask me what my order was? Then when I get my food I check to make sure all is there and it wasn’t. I had to go inside for them to give me my right order. 25 minutes to get a 3-piece spicy chicken combo! No Bueño!

Hurry up and go to Popeyes on orchard! Don’t wait. They have a new item called chicken jerky. It is dried by professionals! Also they are so good you won’t get your side that it comes with. I ordered the 5 pc tender aka ( chicken jerky). My side was supposed to be max n cheese. Can’t review the Mac n cheese cause I didn’t receive that. I also ordered a 3pc Beignet. Ok let me begins in the tenders. They were so dry it did in fact taste like jerky. There we 2 of them were ok. The temperature was Luke warm. Yes I ate them right away. So who know how long they been sitting. The beignet were hot and fresh. Only good thing besides the bbq and Dr. Pepper. The biscuit was really dry as well. Sorry but this was a horrible experience by far.

I’ve given this Popeyes location several chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently wrong — for example, I request spicy chicken and receive regular. There also seems to be a language barrier that makes communication difficult, but even basic requests aren’t honored.
Service is slow, the wait times are long even when the restaurant isn’t busy, and the staff’s behavior often comes across as rude — items are handed over abruptly or even snatched. On top of that, the dining area and counters are not kept clean.

No issues to report. Our order was correct, the food was hot, and there wasn’t much of a wait. It would be helpful if the menu didn’t switch every 5 seconds in the drive thru.
