Shout out to Melanie, she did a phenomenal job as a server. Our only gripe was that it took almost an hour for our food to come out, apparently due to a large party at the back of the house. Also, our daughter’s kids Mac & Cheese was way over cooked. But overall, food was great and our server was very attentive. I will also add that the service at this location was a lot better than what we experienced last year. It took 15 min for a server to even greet us, and hour to get our food, no drink refills, all on a very slow night in the middle of the week…it was terrible, so a huge improvement from last time.

We were so impressed with the food and the drinks, specially the espresso dessert drink which is a must for us to have after dinner. The menu looks great we could not decide what to order. We even order the steak and lobster to go. Our waiter was Jeremiah, he was polite and would keep us informed of our order. He made sure we didn’t need anything he would check in on us without making it overly but just enough to we were not looking for help. We are coming back to try more dishes and definitely asking for him.

I ordered Togo from here tonight for my husband’s birthday and the entire order was a disaster. They forgot the lobster tail for my surf and turf. The filet mignon was cooked well done (requested medium). Forgot my crab topped baked potato, broccoli, and gave me mashed potatoes instead of hush puppies. I paid extra for these sides and in all spent $130 to drive her twice, eat separately from my husband and when I finally do get to eat it it’s mediocre at best. The lobster tail was very small. Horrible experience.

New to Colorado and was so happy to find an open Red lobster. We were not disappointed. Food was brought out pretty fast considering it was a table for 5. But the real highlight of this visit was definitely our waitress Nicole. She was on it! Never had to ask for refill! She was super attentive and polite. Just very good vibes. Her customer service is excellent! I also work in the food industry and customer service. I sure wish I had workers like her. Thanks Nicole for such a good experience. We will see you soon.

Red Lobster has gone through a lot of changes over the past few years, and it had been quite a while since we last visited. We decided to give it another try—and I’m so glad we did.

We ordered two seafood boils, and they absolutely did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When the corn was accidentally left out of one of our boils, the team immediately made it right and brought it out without hesitation. We literally ate every bite.

What really stood out was the care and accountability. The manager personally stopped by to apologize, which meant a lot. In a time when service often feels rushed or indifferent, this location truly cares about the guest experience—and it shows.

The décor is a bit outdated, but the restaurant was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Great food and outstanding service matter far more to me, and this location delivered on both.

If you haven’t been to Red Lobster in a while, this is your sign to go. Excellent job to the Northglenn Red Lobster team—we’ll definitely be back!

Like going to this Red Lobster. Staff was very friendly. Our waitress (Emily S.) was awesome. Food came out fast, kept our drinks filled. Hostesses made us feel welcomed. Will definitely be back.

Server was excellent and very present to the tables need. We went for lunch which was really nice. Food was very good. Large portions mean takeaway boxes which is the second best part of going out to eat in my opinion.

Pretty good service, nice waiter but slightly overwhelmed, he lacked in the checking up to see if we needed anything department… Good food.. $141 with tip for three people. About a ten minute wait with no reservation. I packed on the feed bag and went for the endless shrimp. Plates all looked good, ultimate chocolate dessert was good too… The butter and garlic sauce from the scampi is delicious all by itself but also great for dipping your fries in or the biscuits or grab a straw and slurp it down, probably a coronary waiting to happen but dang is it good!

It was my first time there. No one was up at the front to seat us. That took 5 minutes. Got seated and ordered food. The food looked delicious but to our surprise… none had any flavor and my crab was cold. Customer service was okay and waiters need to learn how to use the tablet. Talking about tablets we had no idea it will charge you a fee for playing a simple game. Other than that, the good parts of our visit/experience were the drinks, dessert, and I think that’s it. We will give this another shot and I hope I can rate this place a bit higher. If you’re curious and want to give it a shot. I say… go for it. It will be pricey.
