Check your receipts. I came here just a little before they closed on Friday night. It was slow. I was the only one there. I ordered (2) 6 inch sandwiches but she charged me for two foot-long’s almost double what I should’ve have paid. I even tipped her cash. What a fool I was I called that very same night to explain what happened. She said she will take care of it that & that the refund will take about three days. I give it one week and called the next Friday. She says that she needed my email and my phone number to process the refund. I gave her both credentials. I’m into the 2nd to 3rd week now and still nothing has been resolved and I have not been contacted. What a horrible establishment they don’t care about you here go elsewhere. food was pretty mid too.

I was at the drive thru and the worker asked me “what can I get you today?”. I ordered and it was completely silent for 13 minutes so I drive up to the Window and see the worker taking another customer. What I want to know is why the worker asked me what I wanted if they had a customer in front of them and left me unattended without at least giving me a heads up a simple “one moment” would have been great in a situatuon like this.

Id sure love to get a sandwich here on my lunch break, but no matter what time I come the same girl always has the toaster shut off for “cleaning” hours before the store is even scheduled to close, I also end up spending half my break just waiting for her to finally come to the front and take my order but OH WAIT, the toaster is shut off so it’s pointless to even order what I wanted anyways. Terrible service the girl needs to get fired.

Guy at the window today was really awesome even though they were very busy. The food was fast and fresh and correct. I got the cranberry stuffing turkey sandwich that they just have for the holiday. It was really good.

Used the app was charged to my bank but never received an email address and the order didn’t go through to the store. Trying to get the bank to refund me currently. The foods alright when I can get it after I pay for it but that didn’t happen today unfortunately.

Every time I make an online order my sandwich is messed up. Usually not toasted and is usually just thrown together. I like lots of veggies and I understand that it can be hard to fit all of them in the sandwich, but today they just threw them on top like a hotdog. I had to eat it like a taco. I won’t be using this location again, I feel like I’m being targeted since my husband’s sandwich is always fine but mine is a disaster.
