This place was very cool. Chicken was a little underwhelming but the tots were very good. The around the world platter where you could try all the ranches they had before you ordered was awesome because it let you know exactly what ranch you want for your meal. Overall though, this place was very good and I would return.

This was my second time here. First time the service was massively slow, but I was so pleased to see that the waiter we had was much faster than whoever I had last time. Oh, he was also the bartender. Drinks were good, but sometimes strong. Food was pretty good, had the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread, but the cuts of chicken were far too large for a smaller flatbread, needed to be cut down much more. Although we had a fantastic server today, one of the other servers was just plain rude and mean. Another one clearly looked like she didn’t want to be there. I can understand why the place was so empty when we got there at 5pm, with such poor service overall and whatnot. Seems I just got lucky!

If you come here expecting triple A food, don’t. Visited with co-workers since we were wanting quick and easy bar/Americana food. We didn’t realize that this place was a “Ranch” dressing restaurant, meaning, every food item has ranch dressing in it and they have over 20+ different kinds of ranch’s. Anyway, my food was ok (chicken strips) , and the PhillyCheese Steak my coworker ordered was “ok”. Service was “Ok” and the ambience is “ok” as well. Would I come back? Probably not, nothing really wowed me, Only if we are in the area and every other place is full.
This place is just that, an “Ok” bar/food restaurant.

Big kid Mac and cheese was sweet for some odd reason, the brisket on it didn’t even resemble brisket and was inedible. The pasta in the Cajun pasta was okay I guess, but the chicken tasted like nothing. The kids meal burger was decent only because it had a charbroil taste to give it something. The fries, loaded fries, and roasted garlic ranch were amazing.
It seemed like there was one girl to bartend and serve everyone with a little bit of help from the (hostess?).

I really debated about making this review. Some things were amazing and some were not.
My boyfriend has been wanting to take me here for a long time and we finally got the chance to. The ranch flight and fries were amazing and everything I wanted it to be.
However, there’s definitely some cleanliness issues. One of the rolled silverwares had some weird brown stuff on it. Then my water had floating food in it. They replaced both when I pointed them out but they didn’t seem concerned or like it was something new. The bathrooms definitely needed some cleaning and tlc.
The pasta and grilled cheese burgers were great. The fried pickles were meh, the onion rings were hard to chew, and some of the chicken in the pasta was burnt and inedible. It also took a long time to get acknowledged when we came in to get sat. They had games you could pay to play that kept us busy while we waited.
Also there was a food runner that kept burning his hands bringing us food. I felt so bad for him. I don’t know why he doesn’t have a tray or gloves. Poor guy just kept hurting himself on the hot plates.
We still had a good time. But when you’re spending $200 on a meal, you’d hope you’d get edible food and clean dishes.

waiter is extremely kind and super helpful. We got the Ranch this Country that has 13 different flavors. I ordered the twisted burger and wife ordered a salad. they are numbered 1- 13 and was on the printout of the flavors so you know what your tasting

On 2/29/26, my family and I went to Twisted Ranch for lunch. It was by far the worst experience I had. When we arrived, we were sat down at a table within 8 minutes, it took 20 minutes for a waiter to even come to the table which I had to ask someone if we were going to be waited on. The waiter finally got our order, it took an hour and 4 minutes before the food arrived- and it was cold. We ordered chicken tenders/fries, and pasta. The waiter only came back once after I had to ask two different waiters for napkins, silver ware, and refills. Had to ask another waiter for our ticket, it was the wrong ticket. Luckily, I asked to speak to the manager and she credited our money back. I’ve never asked to speak to a manager in the past, but I was appalled. We won’t ever go back or recommend this place.

We called ahead a few days and asked about a reservation since we’d be on a timeline (said it shouldn’t be an issue due to early timeframe, but were happy to do it). We arrived and were told it could be a few minutes or up to an hour due to short staffing issues. Thankfully, as we were trying to figure out something else nearby, they got us seated.
Server was friendly enough, but reeked of marijuana and had an earbud jammed in his ear the whole time. Had to ask several times for drink refills.
Food took quite a while to come out (30 minutes or so), which seemed excessive considering we’re talking chicken tenders and salads. Their namesake was good – the various types of ranch were flavorful and unique. Food was otherwise ok, but nothing special.
Stopped to use the restroom before leaving, and wish I hadn’t. Water (at least I hope that’s what it was) all over the floor, a “wet floor” sign jammed IN one of the unrinals, no soap in either dispenser.

(01/13/2026) I really wanted to give a good review because I could some of the employees were genuinely working hard and doing their best (and stressed), but too many things in a row went wrong and were not handled well for that to be the case.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because Taylor went out of his way to make things right with us and seemed genuinely concerned at first. I can’t say that for the other manager or our server. I should have known something was wrong when after seating us she came back up to say “I guess I’ll be your server.” She then never told us it was happy hour and forgot to bring our drinks until prompted. The black haired waitress that wasn’t ours seemed to be working hard and doing her best as well, just by appearances at least.
THE GOOD:
– my wings in the house sauce and the plain wings were both very good.
– the dill flavored ranch and the cilantro lime flavored ranch were both very good. Can’t speak to the other flavors, but they got their namesake right so that’s a win for sure.
– the fries were my favorite battered style, and they came out hot and crispy.
– the manager Taylor went out of his way to make our experience better.
THE BAD:
the printed beer and drink menus did not match the offered selection, and there was no distinction on the menu between draft and bottled beers. I asked our waitress what the selection of draft beers was and she couldn’t tell us, so I had to walk up to the bar myself to find out.
The bathrooms were nasty, one of the women’s toilets was clogged, and they were out of toilet paper as well. My elderly aunts food came out way later than anyone else’s at the table, just to be not prepared as requested. We asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen and cut in half like we’d originally requested. Our waitress then came by with a butter knife in her hand and was about to cut it at our table before thinking better of it and taking it back to the kitchen. I had seen her moments before operating their tablet for orders, so she clearly had no time to was her hands before this. When she brought out burger back, there were metal flakes in it from the foil it was on. She didn’t even remove it before cutting it bare handed with a butter knife. Needless to say we did not eat it.
We also saw other tables send back food multiple times. I’m sorry to say I saw the other waitress (taller, long dark hair) doing everything she could to hold back tears, and I do believe it was because she was genuinely working and trying hard in spite of everyone else and her tables were getting angry with her when she was trying her best.
Finally, at the end of the night. we were shortchanged by nearly $10 by our waitress. I waited and patiently asked her to send over her manager for the second time. After an additional 10 minutes during which Taylor was nowhere to be found, another manager helped me out and gave back correct change.

I don’t typically visit large touristy cities on weekends because of the big crowds. I was in the area on a Saturday night at about 10pm, and this is the the place my gf picked out. When we arrived, the host told us we could be seated, but there would be a wait time bc the kitchen was behind. We were perfectly fine with that, we knew the area was VERY popular and busy, and honestly we were grateful to cool off inside after being out all day.
I honestly didn’t even notice how long we had to wait, possibly a little over an hour to get our food. The inside of the restaurant has its charms, servers were attentive and engaging, making sure the wait was as unnoticeable as possible. There is also a small area with a pool table and skeeball.
The menu offers typical american pub food with 30+ unique ranch flavors. Now I am personally not the biggest fan of ranch dressing, but the selection available is pretty crazy. I went with the 13 ranch sampler that comes with a basket of fries, and did find several that I really liked. Our wonderful waitress even comped my sampler bc of the wait, which was an unexpected surprise!
