The woman employee working at 9:30pm on Sunday June 8th had NO, and I mean NO sense of urgency at all. I got to subway at 9:10 and didn’t leave until 9:50. Like are u kidding me??????? Customer service was HORRIBLE, how rude she was. Oh and get this. I was THE ONLY customer. Make it make sense.

The cashier was amazing I ordered 3 footlongs and planned on placing the order through the subway app on my phone but it wouldn’t let me so I called and ordered my sandwiches over the phone. I had a coupon code to use also. The total before the coupon was $42ish initially upon trying to checkout because I didn’t actually have a physical coupon for her to scan it was making things difficult. She went above and beyond to find a coupon to use for my order she not only found me one but actually found a better one than I intended on using! Brought my total down to $22ish. I should add it was closing time for them so I’m sure I was the last thing she wanted to be dealing with but she did and kudos to her! Subway in Savoy, IL

Great staff that is always welcoming. Their manager Levi is a very hard working for a manager that tries his best to provide good customer service and truly cares about the quality of the food in which he serves. A for sure recomend to visit him and his staff!

I am unsure of her name, but there is a young woman working today who is absolutely the sweetest and friendliest retail specialist I have ever encountered. (For reference we did the drive-through around 3:30pm). She was so understanding of me and my husband missing the speaker by the bushes, she was willing to take our orders at the window, and when she handed us our bags she was so kind and said to stay safe.
I have been dealing with an illness that makes it difficult for me to keep food down and I recently lost a shocking amount of weight in a short period of time, but I just have no appetite and it’s been hard, and today after a doctor visit I said, “Let’s try sandwiches…” because I was feeling like maybe I could eat something, and it was just so nice to have such a positive experience on a crummy day when I’ve been feeling awful for weeks. Thank you so much. It was just above and beyond the courtesy expected.

I’ve always been a fan of subway, but this subway has been fantastic everytime I stop by. It’s peak subway, can’t get much better than this. I like all the workers too, Levi is my favorite. He knows how to talk to every costumer and is really funny.

Rude woman at front desk that is working today just missed out on 250 dollars worth of gift cards. I honestly didn’t see the order board in the center of the parking lot as I needed to stop first and get all the cash together for the transaction I was about to make. I was chastised for not going there first. I am a human not a dog, and quite frankly I don’t even talk to my dog like that.
