Oh I love Mi Ranchito. I used to go here a lot with my college friends because of their generous portions, good price and fun vibes. I haven’t been back here for quite sometimes, but the food and the service at my recent visit were just as good as I remembered. We came in late on Friday night. They were packed, but we got seated right away. Food came out super fast. My waitress constantly checked in with us and brought out extra chips/salsa. Amazing service! I felt like I already got full after eating too much chips. My go to order here is the mixto fajita, guacamole and the tamarind water. Check it out if you haven’t.

Went in for dinner with friends on a weekday night and was pleasantly surprised. From the parking on previous passing I’ve not come because it was possibly too crowded, but tonight it was different. It’s very nice and clean when you enter and we were seated immediately. The server was prompt at taking our order and the food came out very quick. Table was kinda small considering the amount of plates brought out for 4 people but that’d be the only complaint I had. Everything was delicious and I would certainly return.

I wish they had more Birria stuff but birria takes too long to cook and is a too much so I understand and I’m happy with my Quesabirrias.✨
Also the Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus water) super good I just wish it was a lil more sour but is delicious.

I love their Fajitas, Carnitas dinner or lunch offerings, Burrito Mexicano (shredded beef), Chilli relleno and cheese enchiladas. Pretty good flan for dessert, too.

I woke up that morning wanting a burrito. So I searched online for an authentic Mexican restaurant and came across this restaurant. Now I never been so I got to the counter and told the man what I wanted to eat a burrito and I order two (I was hungry). Sat down and just observed the atmosphere. Man..I liked it. I heard laughter, I saw people hugging, I saw a little bit of peace in this restaurant. I was glad I came and saw. You should go sit down and experience the kind of atmosphere we all would enjoy for 30 minutes and allow your self to have the kind of experience and a bit of joy we all need in this trying time.

Surprisingly good Mexican lunch. I had planned to take a coworker and a customer to Vernon’s for some bbq but it was a Monday and they were closed. Looked across the street and spotted this place.
I would generally go 3-stars for your average Americanized Mexican food joint but the dish I had was really more in the 4-star range. I went with the grilled tilapia and it really impressed me. I liked the level of seasoning on what can be a bland piece of fish. I really enjoyed the sear imparted on the flattop and I thought it was great to have a relatively healthy option in a sea of really fattening food. I also enjoyed the steamed vegetables and dredging them around the plate to pick up some of the queso that came on the fish elevated them to a level you cannot achieve with steamed vegetables unless you also have a cheese product available.
