TLDR: Did not enjoy the food that much – could have been much better.
Parathas were greasy and kinda soggy, thaali curries were meh (channa was served ice cold), curd was old – basically same culinary experience as the last few days of Khasiyat. That said, worth noting that the menu has now expanded, and the apps (chaat, vada pav, pav bhaji), missi roti, and service were decent.

We visited Paratha Project last night, and the restaurant was absolutely packed! I’m not sure if they were understaffed, but the two girls at the front were working incredibly hard — all with big smiles on their faces — managing every customer’s order with great patience and professionalism.
Even on such a busy night, the kitchen team delivered perfectly cooked parathas — hot, crispy, and just as we ordered. This was probably my 8th or 9th visit, and I’m happy to say the food quality and quantity have always been consistent.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves delicious, freshly made parathas and great service, even during the rush!

We had ordered Chinese food for party (25 people) and it came so tasteless. Manchurians were not cooked properly and raw flour taste and smell was coming in eating. Soup was having only cabbage and water. In Fried rice also rice were not cooked properly and noodles were also tasteless. We had ordered gravy Manchurian but they provided dry Manchurians. We tell them and they told we check our quality before to go but we did not tasted that time keeping trust and they give best quality by uncooked rice and raw flour in Manchurians. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all prices are too high too as per quality it is waste of money. It is not about the fresh food or quantity. It is about food preparation and taste. Gravy Manchurians always have gravy in it. We forgot to take pictures as proof else I would have upload here for other customers reviews. Offering gulab jamun would not overcome main food taste and quality but thanks for providing.

I ordered food through DoorDash this evening. Adding a picture of sev puri (for $11.99)- half empty box. The paneer Kathi roll had a paneer curry inside which was full of gravy. Tasteless. The Bombay Frankie was tasteless too. Disappointed.

Great experience with Parata Project Restaurant! The Chinese food was delicious — especially the vegetable Hakka noodles, Schezwan paneer fried rice, and veg Manchurian. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delivered on time. Perfect food – enjoyed with friends while watching the T20 world cup final this afternoon , Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved Paratha Project! The food is delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Their parathas are outstanding—perfectly cooked and generously filled. You can really taste the quality and creativity in each dish.
The menu is unique, combining traditional Indian flavors with a modern fusion style. Service was quick and welcoming, and the overall experience was great. This is an excellent spot for anyone looking for comforting Indian food with a twist.
Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Had pranthas and chai here.
The parantha was nice. “Make ur own paranaths” option is great where you can pick whatever you want. Its a nice place if you’re looking to have an dhaba styled tawa paranthas served with curd and pickles.
The tea was okay. I am not a great fan of already prepared teas so that’s just me.
Overall, a great place!

We had Paratha Project cater our engagement party and bridal shower and it was one of the best decisions we made! Chef Prince and his team delivered an unforgettable culinary experience. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every single dish was a hit with our guests.
From the unique appetizers to the delicious range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrées everything was cooked to perfection. The variety, quality, and attention to detail truly set them apart.
Chef Prince was professional, passionate, and clearly puts a lot of heart into his craft. If you’re looking for a catering experience that will wow your guests and make your event memorable, I highly recommend Paratha Project.

Visited Paratha Project in East Windsor recently, and wow what a delightful experience! They surprised us with complimentary pani puri, which was crispy, tangy, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The rest of the food was incredibly tasty, with fresh ingredients and authentic spices shining through every bite. Even after the recent name change, the quality remains top-notch and hasn’t skipped a beat. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Indian street food and parathas. We’ll definitely be back!

tried the veg thali and it was a delightful experience! The variety of dishes offered a perfect balance of flavors—spicy, tangy, and savory. Each item was well-prepared, especially the dal and sabzi which were full of flavor. The portion size was generous, and the thali was served hot and fresh. A great value for money and a must-try for anyone who loves traditional Indian meals.”
