Welcome to Foxy’s, an iconic Glendale diner that’s been serving from-scratch American and south-of-the-border favorites since 1964. Yep, that’s right — we’ve got over 50 years of meals and memories under our belts. Curious what keeps patrons coming back year after year? We like to think our great food, generous portions, and awesome prices have something to do with it. But more importantly, it’s our warm, personable service and feels-like-home dining space that draw the Glendale community to us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner time and time again.
’60s-era spot with an indoor fireplace & outdoor patio serving hearty Southwestern eats.

Waited a bit for a table but once seated, service was very quick and friendly. Ordered the steak and eggs as well as the croissant French toast which was a first for us. Med rare Steak, over easy eggs and well done hash browns were all the right temp which is rare. French toast was good, but the syrup was in the small take out containers which threw us off. Same brand name, so not a big deal but I guess we were expecting the ubiquitous syrup pourer 🙂
I also give the waitress credit for her honesty. I love home made corned beef and hash when available, but when I asked she was honest and said it was from a can. Most places do the same, so bit knocking them at all, but not something I’ll order when I have the same can at home :).
On a sweltering day when exhaustion nearly got the best of me, Foxy’s turned a simple pit stop into a delightful surprise. With easy parking and a dazzling interior—think chic overhead lighting and what looked like a brass fireplace—this iconic diner blends timeless style with serious substance.
Serving the Glendale community since 1964, Foxy’s is the kind of place that makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the doors. I came dressed casually, but the space is so glam and nostalgic, I’m already planning a 60s-inspired girls night out, cocktails and all!
Let’s talk food:
• Avocado Wraps: A brilliant plant-based twist that reminded me of a poke bowl rolled into a burrito—fresh, flavorful, and complemented perfectly by pickled ginger.
• Carne Asada Nachos: Generous portions, expertly crafted, and plated like art. Every bite was worth it.
Best part? The affordability blew me away—top-notch ingredients, vegan options, and the kind of craftsmanship that proves their chefs care deeply about what they do.
Service was attentive, respectful, and genuinely kind. Whether you’re grabbing brunch, diving into dinner, or just reliving a glam era with friends, Foxy’s is a standout spot that brings comfort, quality, and a dash of flair to the table. Major kudos to the owners for keeping this gem sparkling!
The food was great, the service even better and kind.
We requested tea, the water wasn’t as hot as we would’ve like.
