I got a bagel with veggie cream cheese and the bagel was literally stale/old and there was a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. Absolutely horrible had to throw it away. SMH never go to Stratf one again.

Worst location . They don’t even know how to work the Dunkin’ App …I needed help redeeming my points . .The LAZY girls there told me “I don’t know how to do it” and literally just shrugged their shoulders. It’s your JOB to learn and help your customers ! I seriously don’t understand the customer service in the world today . SMH ….I went to a different and cleaner location. Redeemed my points and got my drink ! Unbelievable.

This store don’t have all menu items it shows in the menu but still ‘sell’ them and charge you when you order them. You may hear from them the issue long after you placed the order and have to change it, but may just pay for the missing item if you don’t say complaints. You will probably hear no appology from them then.

Whenever I use the mobile app and go to retrieve my items, there’s something they never have. On this visit, I decided to stand in line and order instead. When the person came and brought my order, they said we don’t have so and so. I ask, then what did you put in here? They put half of the ingredients. Shouldn’t you let me know before making it? The manager was nice, but it doesn’t make up for this location, never having stuff advertised.

Terrible employees! They messed up my food for a week straight! Always brought the food and or drinks back with me to show them. Burnt, black bagels, no cream/sugar in my extra cream/sugar coffees. After a couple days an employee decided to yell at me in front of a full store of people. Saying I was trying to “finesse” them out of food. How am I doing that if I’m bringing the products back untouched? So I called corporate and they told me the owner would call me. He finally did and he was rude as anything. Told me there’s other Dunkin’s I can go to and seemed very annoyed that I complained about his incompetent employees. That’s great business management

I ordered 2 iced decaf cocoa mocha latte and I was the only one in there and there were 2 people working in there and neither one knew how to make them. They had to call their manager to find out how to make them. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to get them got home and they were absolutely horrible. I will not be going back there nor would I recommend going there. I have tried them 3 times and a bad experience each time.

This location used to be good. Now, they pull the “locking our doors during business hours without notifying anyone” routine (their door was LOCKED at 7pm, an HOUR before their posted closing time). Also, in the drive-thru that they force everyone to use, I told them “no ice” in my drink 3 times…only to be given a drink with more ice than the Arctic shelf. Go ANYWHERE else but here.
