I would like to bless , the cooks Ohhhh My gosh. EVERYTHING was just right , right portions and the PUMPKIN PANCAKES taste like pumpkin pie. Everything was really really amazing. walking up, we waited about 2 to 3 minutes on being seated due to them being short handed at the moment, but they did that! Less than the time that I I was waited to be seated. They came together as a team and knocked everything out. I really can say that the manager has his team structured and they work at the family because it was people who sat down after my group that had coversated, ate and left. It’s amazing. I will say this if you come through Sioux Falls stop at 5201 Granite Lane. They are clean, fast ,great customer service and great food. Our Sever was amazing! Just all out amazing.

Upon arrival only 1 lady working as host and checkout. We waited as she struggled to figure it out. She looked for help twice and finally what appeared as management came to help her. Our waitress wasn’t that friendly, but did her job well. My complaint was we asked for creamer with our coffee and usually an experienced waitress would leave room for said creamer and we didn’t have much room. My ladies food was “delicious” she had the Steak and eggs. I ordered the Berry Stuff French Toast, it wasn’t until it was delivered that they informed me they were out of strawberries, apparently they were out of all fresh fruit. I would have thought it professional to ask if I still wanted the order or if I wanted something else. At the end of our meal we were informed that someone else paid our bill and we were forced to pay theirs. We were told that theirs was less but proff was never provided. This place is a circus and I won’t be back. Dennys over all had great food but the staff make or break the experience.

Strike a match, walk away, and start over. This was an absolutely awful experience. $43.48 for 2 mediocre meals at best. And $18 for a lumberjack slam that had the shittiest presentation I’ve seen. The outside edge of hashbrowns was brown crispy and inside barely cooked. The hash browns were scattered over plate; same as scrambled eggs that were in small bits everywhere. I received 2 tiny 1/2 looking pieces of extra crispy bacon along with okay sausage links mildly cold and greasy gross ham. There was a huge puddle of grease left on the plate and then seeing the bill I got charged 50 cent for an “egg plate surcharge” so technically I paid $18.49 for a shitty meal. I was told there was a sign at the front explaining eggs – no clue where that was because when waiting to pay I didn’t find it either. The 2 pancakes were probably the highlight which is sad because seriously?!? Probably the cheapest of everything. The chicken sandwich was hot, cooked all the way through although extra greasy as well, but much better than that pathetic lumberjack that cost $2 more. The waitress handed our 2 plates of food to a single guy at another table and when he handed it back confused she turned around and set in front of me…….I wasn’t sending back because I’d already waited more than 20 minutes. The “manager” who stopped to ask about our meal….shirt untucked, very unkempt, when brought up bad experience he never took any responsibility for his store but defensively said not his fault and that they make them charge extra for crappy eggs. With 3 employees asking how the meal was and sharing disappointment, not one single person offered to take a nickel off the bill; not even the “manager” did anything except saying he’d talk to the waitress-he told us to let him know if he could do!?!?!?!? Uhhhh comp a damn disappointing meal??? Lastly I asked about the professional drivers deal and was told they don’t have anymore keychains…….so WHY are you still actively advertising? There were like 6 waitresses for 10 tables which is really pathetic that got awful service on top of that knowledge. I won’t be spending hard earned money at this location again. Gravely Disappointed

Very bad service, waiting more than 40 minutes to receive the food with the excuse of having a large table, a table of 6 people who also entered after us, the food also bad, definitely the kitchen area is very bad, I received my toasts when I finished my meal; I definitely do not recommend it and I had no desire to come back here.

I stopped in for breakfast this morning (December 29, 2025), and wow—what a pleasant surprise! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jason, who had a genuine smile and great energy. He seated me right away, took my order efficiently, and even checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Jason truly made the visit feel personal and welcoming—top-notch service that reminds you why you love a good diner!
As for the food… I went with the T-Bone Steak & Eggs, and it absolutely delivered. The steak was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to a beautiful medium (exactly how I like it), with that rich, beefy flavor that hits all the right spots—tender enough to cut easily but with great character from the bone-in cut. Paired with two fluffy eggs cooked just right, crispy hash browns on the side, and warm toast, it was the ultimate hearty, satisfying breakfast. Every bite was flavorful, hot, and exactly what I was craving. This isn’t just “diner food”—it’s a seriously solid steak-and-eggs meal that punches way above its price point.

I tried the berry brioche French toast, and it was absolutely delicious. And the experience was even better. The general manager Josh came out and brought so much laughter and fun to our visit. Our servers, Callie and Francis, were incredibly attentive and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Will definitely be back again!!

Denny’s is one of those places you can always count on, no matter the time of day. The menu has a little bit of everything, so it’s easy for everyone to find something they like. The food comes out hot and filling, especially the breakfast plates, which are my favorite. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a good spot to hang out with friends or family. Overall, Denny’s is a solid choice when you want a satisfying meal without anything too fancy. My server (Amber) was also very efficient and kind, she was fast with what she was doing! I recommend coming here.
