Wonderful gluten free options and super good service! This is totally worth a detour from any ski area in Summit County. The meatballs with gluten free crackers were a standout, and the loaded potato skins made with melted cheese and prosciutto are also incredible. The cedar plank salmon was excellent, and the gelato was amazing. Total hidden gem!!

5/5 Stars – Absolute gem in the mountains!
Saved by the Wine is hands-down one of the best wine experiences I’ve had in Colorado. Tucked in Dillon with killer mountain views from the patio, this place nails everything: an incredible selection of wines from around the world (love the on-tap options and the thoughtful flights), perfectly paired elevated comfort food that’s clearly made from scratch, and cocktails that are creative without being fussy.
We started with the wine & whiskey flights—both were generous pours and beautifully presented—then moved on to shareable plates that were flavorful and inventive. The staff is super knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they pour; they guided us to some hidden gems we never would have picked ourselves.
The atmosphere is cozy yet upscale-relaxed, dogs are welcome on the patio, and knowing 2.5% of proceeds help save animals just makes sipping here feel even better. Whether you’re a serious oenophile or just want a chill spot after a day on the slopes/lake, this place is a must-visit. We’ll be back every time we’re in Summit County!
Highly recommend—easily 5+ stars. Cheers to Saved by the Wine!

What an awesome place! Allison is extremely friendly and fun to talk with! I got the cranberry chicken croissant with chips and it was delicious! They donate a portion of sales to help animals and I’ve never been more in love with a place! Can’t wait to come back when I can indulge in some wine!

The story of who and why this place was created we learned when we arrived. A portion of the proceeds goes to save animals hence the name “Saved by the Wine.” The staff was amazing, gracious, warm, and had character. My Wine Berry Pie (that I took a picture of when it looked like a sweet puppy) was so good. The crust was heavenly and the filling just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you Saved by the Wine.

Saved by the Wine catered our wedding cocktail hour with the most beautiful charcuterie set up! It was such a hit, and was the perfect appetizer for our outdoor wedding at Windy Point! They also supplied a beautiful cutting cake for us. They were fabulous to work with and we highly recommend for a wedding!

Came here for the first time for the fall pairing dinner and was absolutely stunned. Not only was the food and drink excellent but the service was far above and beyond what I would ever expect from any establishment. The place is owned by the chef who did all of the cooking and she came out personally to thank us for coming to dinner. While very unassuming on the outside the inside is cozy yet elegant and welcoming to anybody who steps foot inside. On top of it all they donate a portion of their profits to help homeless animals! Truly a top tier eating and drinking establishment in the Dillon and Silverthorne area!

We were in need of coffee and no one is Silverthorne or Dillon sells coffee after 4pm but this place does. We kinda crashed a wine event they were having but the staff was very kind and gave us a place to sit and served us coffee. Great lil place to enjoy wine as well. Very classy and low key.

Saved by the Wine is a great little spot with a relaxed atmosphere and a decent happy hour. Wine was about $7 per glass, which is a solid deal, and they had a buy-one-get-one 50% off special on appetizers.

I tried the meatballs, and they were fantastic—flavorful, tender, and well-seasoned. The bread and butter were just okay; while the butter was absolutely delicious, the bread itself could have been better.

Overall, it’s a nice place to unwind with a glass of wine, good food, and a great view. I’d definitely go back, especially for happy hour!

We had a great lunch here. The view was not what we expected from the front entrance but it was perfect for our lunch. They had a very nice wine selection and all the food tasted very good. The only feedback would be more salad on the strawberry salmon salad but I’m part goat so that could be just me. Their bread app was on point and everyone in our party really enjoyed their lunch here. We will try to be back for happy hour. I recommend this restaurant. Enjoy.

Not a bad place with nice decor and a beautiful view from the terrace. We read good reviews and came for lunch. Some dishes, such as the potato gnocchi, were quite tasty. The mac and cheese was also good. But the cheese fondue, which costs almost $30 and should be a wonderful appetizer with wine, turned out to be a complete disappointment. Our entire company concluded that the cheese was not cheese at all. It tasted more like some kind of beans. As a rule, cheese fondue should be in a special heated container so that the cheese does not harden. This cheese did not harden even after 30 minutes without any heating. I didn’t like it at all.

Service was mixed. On the one hand, the server was very polite and friendly, on the other hand, he did not write down our order on paper, but tried to remember it. Because of this, we had to ask for one dish again; the second dish (an appetizer to go with wine) was never brought to us. Portions are quite small compared to other places.
