The girl that took my order was not very welcoming and warm and acted like she didn’t want to be there which is really whatever. The food was great but I forgot to ask for chik fa la sauce and went and got two. My sister had asked for chick fil a sauce with her nuggets and did not receive any realizing after i went and the older lady training someone told my young sister that she had already gave her some (which she was talking about me who she gave 2). I’m not sure if it’s more for the sauce but all she had to say was the price i don’t mind. But she was rude to my sister and acted like two sauces were the end of the world when there was 3 of us so the 2 given to me didn’t even split between us. like i said all she had to do was tell me the price not be rude to my 14 year old sister.

I have attended this establishment before and this is my first negative experience. Went through the drive thru which was crowded but moved at a good pace. Got my food, parked and took a bite of one of the 12 nuggets I order and immediately recognized they were luke warm to cold at best. The fries were not more than warmed over. Terrible experience.

Food is always great but the customer service through the drive through has been poor for me lately, I am usually greeted “hi how are you” or “have a good day my pleasure “, this young kid that’s been in the drive through has absolutely so manners. Comes up to my car Dosent say anything, I hand him my card, just walks away, then when he hands me my food just hands it and turns his back and walks away. These young kids need to learn manners

This place is always great. I mean there’s only so many ways you can mess up chicken, but from all my experiences there, they don’t know them. I always get exactly what I order, it’s always hot and fresh, and the customer service is always friendly and helpful. Wish there was one closer to my house as the closest one is 15 mins away, but for a special movie night with my son it was worth the trip. He loved it too, well be back again. Lol

Extremely inefficient drive-through line I would suggest this location reach out to other busy locations who have managed the secret of the drive-through flow. Let’s face it. There’s always a line at Chick-fil-A right there must be some magic tricks that certain locations that are heavy volume like this one have learned that should be implemented as a standard for all Chick-fil-A‘s in the US and that is somehow some of them are actually very efficient at utilizing the two lanes and multiple stations where people are taking orders or payment to where it’s much more streamlined and efficient

Great staff and food with friendly customer service. I don’t get to this location very often, but when I do it’s never disappointing. The foods is always brought to you in a timely manner after you order and it’s also a nice temperature once your do get it.
Another great point is the cleanliness of the restaurant and it’s restrooms.

We went at 5pm on a Friday. We will never do that again. We waited in the car line for 10 minutes without moving, so we parked the car and went inside to order. We waited in line inside for another 10 minutes and then waited 5 more for our sandwiches. They only had 1 cashier working and taking orders. We got grilled chicken sandwiches and they were good. The chicken was tender but the wait was way too long for fast food. I am not in a hurry to return.
