I typically love OG because I love Italian food. If I could give this location no stars I would. We ordered an appetizer & our salads ahead of time so we could enjoy those first. We asked the waiter if he could put in our entree order 15 minutes later. We ate our appetizers & waited for our food. While we waited we could hear things breaking in the kitchen & people cursing. We waited more & some more. We were getting ready to just pay for what we ate & leave. The food finally came out & we were over it & it was late. We asked our waiter to box our food up & we could just take it home. My daughter ordered the tour of Italy which is a 3 entree dish (lasagna, fettuccine, & cheese ravioli). When the waiter boxed it up all 3 entrees were slammed into the box pictured below. After seeing that I asked to speak to a manager & he came over. I showed him how it was packed up & I asked if it was appetizing to him & he said no but that they were trained to pack it that way. Out of all the OG’s I’ve been to, I never left with a box that small. Meanwhile, it sounded like rough housing going on in the kitchen & sounded like an entire tray hit the floor & all you heard was cursing. It seems this location is very poorly managed & no one cares. Also don’t bring your little kids to this location because they will learn some new words. I will not be returning to this location. What a horrible experience.

Olive Garden usually has good service and very attentive waiters. Food is very good. The menu was a little confusing in a couple of the offerings and they had to explain, but other than that we had a very nice time. Good spot for celebrations, family meals and just on your own.

Crazy great night coupled with an truly amazing meal for all. Our hostess Debra greeted us with warm smile and got us to our seats promptly. Many thanks to her for adding to the wonderful experience. At the same time we were waited on by our server Nathan. He was a delight for such a big group, which can overwhelm sometimes. He was a total pro and took care of us. Thank you to these 2 for making our experience a great one!!!

Would have given 3 star because they don’t really have any vegetarian options other than 1 item. But kids loved the chicken items. All the 3 Alfredo varieties we ordered were pretty good. What made it more special was the server. We had Sam and he was exceptional!
We had 4 kids in our party and plenty of additional requests like ketchup, cheese, sauce, extra bowls etc etc but he was so patient and got us everything we asked for.
He even offered us refill for soup and salad which we didn’t know was even an option.

I am so sad that I didn’t catch how to spell our sweet waitress’ name, but Bri was the best waitress we have had in years! The food was delicious, but our waitress actually made the experience 100X better. Every time I turned around she was right there moving our dinner right along step by step. Super impressive! Ask for Bri, or Bree or however you spell her name if you decide to stop in!
