Good food, and I like that they have a DJ on some nights — it adds great energy. The wait staff is super fun, and the DJs really make dining here feel like more of an experience than just a meal. They even have themed nights like Jeep Night, which makes it even better. Always a good time.

I went there for Jeep Night and they crafted the perfect cheeseburger! It was exactly as l ordered it and wanted it, a plain, medium rare, beauty with cheddar cheese. It was perfection along with the curly fries. The chef even made the edges of the cheese crispy!! AND special shot out to my server, Mars, who was friendly, courteous, and very efficient!

I really hate leaving negative reviews but I’m a very customer service oriented person and I always make sure to keep it real. This location is NOT IT and I’ve been to multiple ones within Florida. I went with a group of co workers on an early Friday afternoon for lunch and the inside dining area wasn’t packed at the time of seating and placing our order. From the moment we got there, the hostess barely acknowledged us and said we could sit anywhere. Our server was Kristina.. she got us drinks, took our order and we probably saw her twice. After waiting almost 40 mins for (3) 6 pcs wing orders and a burger combo, we asked to have our food packed up, as our lunch was almost over. we visibly saw (3) of our orders sitting on the line, waiting to be picked up and brought to our table. Other servers hovered over our food waiting for their own to come out. When we asked why this happened, we were told a bit rudely that they bring all the food out together. A little communication during lunch could’ve answered that question for us, instead we settled for boxed cold food.
Some improved communication and maybe even coordination between servers would do wonders here. The food and service didn’t aligned with what we paid for.
We won’t be back again but we’re glad to donate to the cause.

Emily was my server, and the service was unacceptable and dangerous. I ordered my wings all flat, well done, and hot. I was served mild wings that were visibly undercooked. When I sent them back, they were taken to the back and returned after being tossed in hot sauce, not properly cooked, and placed back on my table. I ordered ranch with my meal and never received it. I asked another server and received nothing. I then asked Emily for two ranches and was given only one. I asked again, she acknowledged me, and then ignored me while cleaning tables. I had to state out loud that I had asked multiple times and was being ignored before receiving the second ranch. Due to the delays and negligence, my food became cold and I sent it back. Emily never checked on our table, never asked if I needed anything else, never informed us of last call, brought the bill without being asked, and never offered boxes. Most concerning, I am pregnant and was served almost raw chicken. This is a serious food safety issue and a major health risk. Serving undercooked poultry is unacceptable and could have severe consequences. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer care is alarming.
I will not be returning to this location. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be escalating this matter due to the health and safety concerns involved.

Couldn’t even give 1 star for the food Went in on 1/23/26 for take out. Food was late. Had to wait over 40 mins when I had already pre ordered over the phone. The food was HORRIBLE!! The chicken was over fried and was black inside. I ordered 10 wings breaded. A waste of money. Hooters use to be so good but it has gone down. Looks like the cooks are giving anything to the customer. Will never go back again! Next time give good chicken. My chicken looked old. Threw in garbage!

The service is great. The waitresses are on top of their game, friendly and fast on refills.
The food is okay it best. We got the wings and they were dry and over cooked. The sauce was oily and it seemed like it had been left out for a week.

She was amazing. From the time I called to place my order, until the time I picked it up. All I had was curly fries.
She made sure they were fresh. Made sure I had anything else I needed. And happily plus thoroughly answered other questions I had about the menu.
With a beautiful smile and demeanor. Yall are lucky to have her representing your brand. Give her a raise and put her in a leadership position. You’ll only be doing yourself a favor. Trust me.

Hot, fresh food, good service. Great spot to have a quick dinner with your friends. Some of draft beer run out of order. The ranch sauce wasn’t my best I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken quesadilla was perfect.
