This location is AMAZING! The staff is always helpful and moving quite fast. Thier managers are working as hard as they do! The sandwiches are good, especially the toasted ones ( i got the roast beef and cheddar today), and they are friggin’ fast!

The sides are a little small, but taste great. Today I got the pesto Bowties pasta… yummy. I got a lunch box which included all that and a raisin cookie and pickle.

If you also get the app, you can get specials as well. Today I got 5 dollars off my 20 dollar order… but I had to order thru the app. However, like Domino’s, you can order on the app yet pay in cash when you pick it up. Those are the only 2 places I know of that don’t require a cc card up front.

Got home with my sandwich and this is what I get. I called the store to let them know that a big part of my sandwich was missing meat. I was told I’d have to come back for them to see the sandwich to get any help. I asked if I could take a picture of it because I am not able to go back out today. For having to waste my time coming back, I should be able to come at my own convenience for something that was messed up. I come here all the time and the one time I have an issue, I get treated poorly because quote “the meat is portioned out so I’m not sure how this happened”. Well apparently it happens Karen. I’ll be happy to take my business somewhere else though.

I normally have great service and I beat the lunch rush going through the drive through today. I ordered a LJ with just cheese for my 4yo and a veggie for me. They forgot half the ingredients for my veggie. They got rest of the order correct.

I ordered a little John sandwich and drink which usually totals close to $8. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed the order and it was just all large sandwich. Kristina the order taker proceeded to ask me why I didn’t know by the total that she hadn’t put it in correctly. I stated that’s usually the same price as a little John and large coke. How am I supposed to know you didn’t put it in correctly if it’s a similar price? She then loudly complained that she couldn’t handle me and that she was going to lose it. I was on the phone explaining what was going on to whom I was talking to and she opened the window and told me to stop talking about it. I said excuse me? I’m sorry, but no one has the right to tell me what I can talk about on my phone in my car especially if I am explaining I might be a few more minutes due to a mix up. She continued to be rude through the entire experience. I visit frequently, so to be treated poorly is surprising as I usually have a good experience. Since she continued to be rude to me, I called the store. The Franchise owner happened to be there, Rick I believe. I got the standard disingenuous “sorry about that.” Guess I’ll find a new lunch spot. Thanks Kristina and Rick for the heads up I should spend my money elsewhere. I’ll make sure to spread the word of your kindness.

I used the drive-thru only so stars for atmosphere. Service would have been 5 Stars if it weren’t for the fact that they won’t deliver to my house and I only live 5 mins away. The food, speed of service and pricing is all 5 star for sure, makes driving there to pick it up myself worth the extra 10 mins round trip.

The food is always great and the customer service is wonderful. I just went through the drive-thru today and they sang my dog Happy Birthday before loading both pups up with some treats. It was the sweetest thing ever and put the biggest smile on my face! Their booties haven’t stopped wiggling since we left. Thanks for making 3 happy customers today!

Every time I come here I’m always happy with the food and service. Their Jimmy Johns app is super easy & convenient to use! It gives me the exact calories for what I’m ordering and makes tracking food effortless. The staff is friendly and I always receive fast service. They don’t often make mistakes but today my order somehow got mixed up with someone else’s and they immediately fixed the issue and apologized. You can tell customer service is very important to them and they made sure I was happy with my experience. It’s not everyday I write reviews but I felt this store earned it. And of course the sandwiches are always great!
