I have not had Pot Belly in years. I used to get it from here all the time with a coworker who left our office about four years ago; it could be five years ago. It wasn’t like I did it on purpose. Another coworker was eating pot belly, and I was like ok, I am going today.
I got here, and it was pretty busy, but kudos to them for being very staffed with very upbeat and friendly people who got me my food quickly. Thank you for that.
I ordered the Chili and the wreck sandwich; I have to say the toasted sandwich was outstanding! Very flavorful. I have to say I hate to talk trash about a place, but I am not sure what was going on with the Chili. It was beyond thick it was like paste. Maybe I got it at the wrong time. I would be willing to try it again. Anywho sandwiches are fantastic.

It’s not cool to prepare and serve orders completely out of order. I’m a DoorDasher who is regularly in this store. Many times I will arrive 5-10 minutes after an order has been placed, and I know it will be a while before my order is completed. What is total BS is all of the folks who walk in after me, place their order, and receive their food 10 minutes before me. Same goes for anyone ordering online – you’re screwed. It happens constantly, and I hate going to this location because of it.
Edit: back again 4 months later and it’s still the same. I could go to a sit down restaurant, order from a waitress, and still get my food faster than here. Total BS.

I ordered a perfect pair with the apple walnut salad with the turkey avo sandwich. When arrived at my desk to eat, there was no avocado on my sandwich. Bummer.

Not friendly, no sense of urgency, and my sandwich was incorrect/poorly made; seems like I got more lettuce than anything. Condiments were on the side, even though that was not a request. Will not be back to this location unfortunately

Customer service is horrible from the ladies it was my first time being at potbelly’s and I specified that neither one of the young ladies said anything didn’t say how nothing worked or anything and then when they spoke it was so vague and nonchalant the only reason why it’s even this many stars is because of Eric he was the only one who was warmhearted…

This is what I got for paying $1.99 extra for avocado. When I bit into the sandwich it was literally crunchy. Called the store and was told they just put unripe avocado on everything today because they didn’t have any ripe ones and potbelly does not give managers the power to refund for add ons (have to go through a lengthy process of approval from GMs and DMs for full refunds) and they can only remake your sandwich on a different day. I just wanted my $2 back and not have to go back to a store again. I appreciate the manager doing what little he can but shame on potbelly for not giving their managers any power to refund money when things go wrong and there’s no way to contact customer service through their own app.

My job and I did a luncheon and ordered from potbelly. Literally every sub was wrong and some half made. We had multiple missing orders as well so a lot of people didn’t get to eat.. we spend over 100$ on food was not worth it . Never coming back
