Who ever was working on thursday October 30th 2025 at 1pm-2pm holy crap did you make two horribly wrong sandwiches we ordered online for two simple sandwiches they both weren’t toasted like we asked no extra mayo like we asked no extra bacon that my girlfriend payed A EXTRA 2 DOLLARS FOR (literally only 2 and a half strips of bacon) no cheese and no pickles and hardly any lettuce:)

I placed an order on the app for 3 chicken foot long subs. For one of them I paid for double chicken which we did not get. I asked for extra cucumbers on the other two. One only had 4, the other had 5. The phone number for the store doesn’t work, there is no where to complain on the app, and I can’t even find a way to send an email. Pretty disappointed in the food and very disappointed in the lack of options for it to be made right.

It was 9:28 PM we went in wanting some yummy subway, and we were waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes, we heard phone noise, and what seemed like smooches coming from the back and we were calling for assistance, after a while they came to the front and told us that their lobby was closed and that their oven/ toaster was off so our food needed to be eaten cold, and who likes a cold sandwich? I love the food but not the service very bad and im very sad that i didn’t get to eat subway.

First of all it’s very disappointing that the owner of this franchise, which includes Papillion, Lavista, and Ralston does not participate in national deals and discounts.

Second the quality of the food is horrible. I ordered the new nachos and there was little to no cheese on them, almost no chicken even though I paid double, and no tomatoes that were supposed to be on them. I also paid for the mashed avocado and it was brown and disgusting.

Third, there is no place on the website to leave feedback.

I have a health condition and had to use the bathroom. While I was in there, I could hear a female staff member saying rude things about me taking more than 5 minutes. She said things I don’t think I can put in a Google review. Upon immediately walking out of the bathroom, the same staff member shouted at me in a sarcastic tone, telling me they could help whenever I’m ready at the other end. Even though she wasn’t the employee who was taking my order, she kept staring at me. This made me feel more than uncomfortable, resulting in me just walking out. As I was getting in my car, I realized she followed me out and was standing in the doorway, still staring at me. I will not be returning to this subway for a very long time, if at all. I know finding workers that will stay is hard right now, but employing people with a lack of customer service skills and downright creepy attitudes is not a good business model.

Just went there and was very disappointed
6/26 at 8:30. And mind you I visit this location quite often, I work across the parking lot. I got the elite chicken bacon ranch, it comes with double cheese. This is my standard order. They had the cover up I shouldn’t see them making my sandwich so I peaked around the corner and thete was two pinches of cheese, I said sorry but it says there’s double cheese on the sandwich and he responded rudely with well that’s how much goes on it so I asked for more and I’ll just pay extra and he proceeded to do one more pinch. I asked for double toasted and he said nope I can’t do that.
Never had that response either because I get it that way every-time.
I get that it’s just a sandwich but you don’t need to be rude to me when I’m asking simple things, things I ask for every-time I’m there, which I’ve had multiple of the managers help me and they have done the things I’ve asked.
I don’t know who this guy was but he was honestly horrible.
Everyone else at this location is great but he needs an attitude check

I visited on 1/8, I had a mobile order to pick up and it was not yet completed when I got there. The gentleman greeted me as I walked in and let me know he was working on it and would have it done asap. They were very busy and it was just him and 1 other coworker trying to manage the all the orders. They did a great job and were very kind and professional. I specifically come to this location because they almost always provide exceptional service!
