You know the food is THAT good when you’ve been back 3 times in one month!
I was on the hunt for a Thai restaurant in Queens to fix our Thai food cravings and this place completely stole our hearts!
Finding authentic Thai food that my halal only friends can enjoy too was a win. So obviously it’s now in the group chat rotation!
We loved it so much the first time that we came back with more friends than I brought my family. And every single visit was A HIT!
It’s not fancy or flashy, but the flavors are IMMACULATE!! Bold, authentic Thai cuisine, perfectly seasoned, comforting and worth every single bite.

Tom Yum Soup
Curry pineapple fried rice
Tom yum fried rice
Beef Drunken noodle
Crab Rangoon
Curry puffs
Panang curry (I ate it before taking a pic )
Safe to say this is my new go to Thai spot!

Family oriented place with friendly staff and delicious food. We had:
Thai iced tea – 5/5 wonderful, very sweet though
Pad see ew-8/10 not flavorful enough
Thai fried rice- 10/10 gorgeous flavor and salt level
Crab Rangoon- 10/10 not oily
Chk shrimp wontons – 8/10 very good, a little oily
Chocolate lava cake was not heated in the dessert which is my only disappointment.
Hijabi staff were very courteous and reminded me of family.

Pattanian Thai is a hidden gem in Queens! The Pad See Ew had amazing consistency, the pineapple fried rice was perfectly balanced, and the satay chicken came with one of the best peanut sauces I’ve ever had. The calamari stood out with its unique breading, and the Massaman curry was bursting with rich flavor. The highlight was the deep-fried whole red snapper with sweet & sour cashew sauce – absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

The food here is amazing! We ordered the tom yum soup and drunken noodles, both were delicious, but the drunken noodles were especially scrumptious . This is easily one of the best halal restaurants I’ve been to. They offer everything a Muslim diner might need: a clean, comfortable (though small) bathroom and even a mini prayer room. I came during Maghrib time and didn’t have to worry about missing my prayer. The cashier was super friendly, and the interior has a cozy, homey vibe.

This place is easily my new favorite place. I travel for work, and I try Thai restaurants all over. The chicken satay was flavorful and incredibly moist and tender. The peanut sauce was rich! Many places make their pad thai sauce far too sweet. This was a beautiful balance of sweet and tangy and prepared perfectly! I would have tried the Tom Yum, but I was too full, so that is next time! The lovely lady running the restaurant was so sweet! Please give this place a try!
Edit: 5 days later, I came back to try the Tom Yum and was not disappointed! Started with the crab Rangoon. The wanton wrapper was light and crunchy. The filling was delicious, and the sauce was perfect. The soup was beautiful. The broth is simple and light with a nice light kick (I asked for medium, and it was perfect). Onions and mushrooms were soft with a nice crunch to the onion. Chicken was tender. I finished the whole bowl. The service is excellent! This place feels like going to your grandmother’s house for lunch. Nothing I’ve had so far tastes commercially made. There’s so much more to try on the menu so I will definitely be back

Where can I start? The experience felt like I was at home, with my mother making dinner. The lady was so polite and sweet. It was a calm atmosphere, but not sterile and boring.
The food was served in a timely manner and was presented so nicely. Everything was fresh, and it really had this “homemade” taste to it that other restaurants just can not replicate.
It truly was a unique experience, with excellent food, and at an amazing price. It was also one of the few halal Thai restaurants out there.
I loved everything about it and will be coming here often.

Honestly one of the best places to eat. As you walk in, it has a great atmosphere/ambiance. It has a very open layout.
We ordered an appetizer, and 2 main dishes (beef noddle soup and pineapple chicken fried rice) . Both tasted great. We got the food spicy and it was just the right amount for us. It’s definitely worth the trip to get some halal authentic Muslim Thai food. Would go again.

Love the food options, you don’t get overwhelmed just enjoy the restaurant vibe and food.
We got the beef noodle and even wanted to order more looking at the other options.
The fried ice cream was absolutely amazing would 100% get it again.
And so was the chocolate lava cake it was warm and so nice .
