I was really looking forward to trying Teague BBQ, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
The brisket was just okay — nothing memorable. The turkey did not taste fresh and had an off flavor that made it hard to enjoy. The ribs were mostly fat and lacked seasoning, and the sides were bland and tasteless.
To add to the experience, the customer service was mediocre and didn’t leave a positive impression. Overall, the visit didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the reputation of Texas BBQ.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it or plan to return.

Thos place is by far probably the worst spot to get Barbecue in Houston. I don’t see how they have such good reviews and ratings. The customer service is also the worst I’ve come across in a long time and it’ll be the last hopefully. My favorite food is barbecue and I’m big on presentation and and this place just doesn’t understand presentation at all. I wish I could post pics of the mess I received. This was the fire t and the last time id ever come to this place. I hope they get it together or else they can’t last putting out food like they gave me

It’s a great place to have some barbecue. I got a turkey sandwich and I thought it was great. People were super nice and it was a good ambience. I recommend it highly but I did not have that brisket.

Customer service was nice ,restaurant was very clean and the music was moderate.
I gave it a three out of five because the food as a whole was warm. The potato was on the colder side so that made it kind of hard. The brisket was good. It was also warm.
Will I revisit again? I don’t have to.
Is it worth $20 for a chop beef baked potato?
I’ll say not really being that I didn’t eat it too much of the potato due to it being cold making it hard! However the brisket was tasty as well as the barbecue sauce and the pickles was good too…

Ouuuweeee baby let me tell you!!! If you enjoy fried okra as much as I do this is the spott!! Everyone in this establishment was very welcoming and super nice ! The okra and cobbler was delicious!! I can’t wait to go back and try more items!

My wife and I finally had the opportunity to stop in and get some of this barbecue. The food was amazing we got smoked turkey, brisket ribs, fried fish, fried corn on the cob, and various sides. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back.

Came to have lunch, was intrigued with the hospitality, the flavor was flavoring, meat was so flavored & tender was no need for sauce, The establishment is very clean and well kept. I definitely will be returning in the future.

Hey y’all!! First off Pappas who? Please do not go anywhere but here . My first time here they are nextdoor to my Drs office. Belinda front of house, Mr Vernon the cook. Y’all this loaded baked potato is the shiznik!! It’s huge it’s loaded w meat. And it’s delicious!! Restaurant is clean clean. Belinda is extra friendly, smiles. And Mr Vernon!!? Woo its gnna take me two sittings to finish this baked potato. I’m definitely going to go back. As I said pass go head on over to Teague’s bar b q!! I can’t stress enough how delicious this is and a huge potatoes. Definitely an Idaho potato. Can’t wait to go back and try something else from the menu !!

We shared the pulled pork, chicken and Brisket. It was all very moist, flavorful and seasoned well. My only suggestion would be to provide a side of extra sauce. I would also like to see brewed unsweet ice tea offered.

Great food and atmosphere. Very friendly customer service. I tried the sliced brisket bar b Que sandwich and peach cobbler. I ate the sandwich before I could take a picture but it was tender and juicy. The peach cobbler was fresh out the oven. Tastes like grandma’s cobbler. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me. Recommend if you’re in the Spring/ Northside area and are looking for some smoked bar b que
