OMG!!! This place was sooo good that I forgot to take pictures but I got the 5 taco plate. I am sooo stuffed but everyone was nice. The manager Daniel and Fina were sooo great as well. I’ll be back so I can take pictures next time. I really can’t say enough good things right now because I am completely stuffed and can’t even think straight! Definitely go try it! It’s also right off the interstate so it’s not out of the way if you are traveling!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Pollo Regio. I ordered a Loaded Fries with no guacamole and no bacon because both avocado and pork upset my stomach and make me very sick.
When I picked up the food, I was eating in my car, which was dark. I noticed the guacamole and removed it, but I couldn’t see the bacon. I ended up eating half the plate before tasting something strange. When I turned on the light, I realized the plate was full of bacon. I felt sick immediately and had to throw the rest away.
This is unacceptable. I made my dietary restrictions very clear, and this mistake caused me real discomfort and health issues. I also have pictures as proof of what I received.

I highly recommend Pollo Regio!! The chicken is always fresh and moist, the rice and charro beans are a great complement to this meal. Prices are really good and the food is delicious.

I had not eaten here in years, but after a very long day at work I stopped here. I ordered the half chicken,which comes with rice,beans & tortillas. Everything was super delicious. I went to the drive thru and Fina was very friendly and nice. She was very attentive and made sure she called my order back to me and when I got to the window she had the most warm welcoming smile! I miss that type of customer service at fast food places!

When I got to this Pollo Regio, I was attended by Yolanda . She was very nice and kind, you can tell shes a hard worker and has great communication with the client. I asked for half a chicken and it was very delicious and tasty. I think all Pollo Regio locals should be this good because I was very satisfied withe the food. I highly recommend this place, you all wont be losing anything! And will leave with a full stomach. Come with Yolanda, shes very sweet. It feels nice eating in a place with nice customer service.
