I ordered food for 4 people off of their website to be delivered. Two of the items were missing and the restaurant on Livernois would not give me a refund or deliver the missing food. In fact I was told the manager was to busy to come to the phone. Once I finally got him on the phone, he took my name and number but have never heard back. That was a week ago.
To the owner who responded, I ordered off of YOUR website, not through a delivery service. YOUR restaurant didnt give the delivery person all of the order, that is YOUR fault. And not calling me back or trying to help in any way was YOUR choice. The charge on my account has YOUR restaurants name, not a delivery service. When I hit Delivery nothing about an outside company popped up. So you have my money, the food I never got and a very dissatisfied customer, especially at your lame response.
Service: I walked in and there were people at each register. No one even looked at me. One was on her phone, the next one was talking with a coworker (looked like they were talking about the restaurant business so I did not mind them ignoring me. The other was looking at the computer screen but for what who knows. After about 30seconds, the young lady who was talking about something with her coworker took my order. I was given my food less than a minute later.
Atmosphere: It was nice and clean, inviting, and somewhere I would sit with my daughter and eat.
Had it not been for the moldy pita bread, I would not have even wrote a review. Me and my mom order from here often and this is the first time I have experience this with any of the Bucharest restaurants but I’m still irritated because now on my lunch break I have to leave (which I was trying to avoid doing) and go to another restaurant to buy more pita bread to eat with my lamb/hummus (which I was also trying to avoid doing).
****Tried calling this morning but the mailbox is full***
The food was real good like when Jefferson location first opened up.
The waitress was nice enough to keep an eye on my daughter while I ran to the car too.
Thanks. I went today

Stopped in for lunchtime pickup about 2 weeks ago.
The 1 star comes from an opened and discarded Slim Jim wrapped left in my carry-out bag. Extremely careless and unprofessional. Didn’t notice this until I left the location.
Staff was otherwise nice and attentive!
Food is good as always, maybe a bit too salty this go around if I had to complain about something.
I love that Bucharest locations include dessert vendors, which are quite delicious.
