We ordered a 10pc and a 20pc nuggets in addition to some cheeseburgers. I fully expected to park and wait but my order was ready when I hit the window!! It was hot and fresh. They did accidentally give me sweet tea instead of unsweet but overall a great McDonald’s experience.

Just left drive through with no food because they said they make double quarter meat to order and I had to wait. I didn’t have time for that which is why i came here. If i wanted made to order Id go to Five guys burgers. So the nice lady at the drive through asked if I wanted to switch to a big mac so I said cool whatever i can get and go right now just refund the difference. The manager comes to the window saying oh big mac meat is made to order we make everything to order. I said SINCE WHEN? Mind you I worked at McDonald’s in high school and they don’t do that. If you made every order to order the drive thru would be long as hell. NEVER COMING BACK

Best McDonald’s I’ve had in a long time being from New York every McDonald’s is terrible.
The staff was pleasant the food was delicious when I ordered the fish sandwich they asked me if I wanted a single or a double I’ve never heard of that before so I had to get the double and boy it was delicious we really do have to start treating anyone that’s willing to get out of bed and put in a 40-hour work week credit cuz even nowadays that’s hard to find.

Slow service. Rude service. Sloppy service. I would’ve appreciated, thank you have a nice & come back to see us, but I guess that was to much to ask for. I didn’t even buy anything at Pilot, but they welcomed me upon me entering & they thanked me for coming on my way out. Wow. Superb customer service that needs to teach the restaurant a thing or two. P.S. as busy as they are, why are my fries cold?

They were OK, not bad, not great. They did not have any McRib. The order kiosk is difficult to use. I’m a computer programmer/analyst with 20+ years experience and can tell you the the kiosk is confusing and poorly designed.

This has to be the slowest service I’ve ever received! 45 minutes sitting in a drive through designed in a way cars can’t leave is ridiculous. Either move faster or redesign the drive through so we can leave it!

Friendly staff! Got some fresh and delicious McDoubles and a big ole basket of salty fries here on our way home from Charleston. It’s attached to a gas station, so get your gas, burgers and use the bathroom all in one stop.

We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our but 7 of those minutes we stood at the register with no one even acknowledging that we we there till we asked if the register was open and got attitude when we asked. Then we waited 25 minutes for our food a I went up to ask about our food and it was not even on there screen anymore. She shrugged and walked away and I seen the manager roll her eyes. Finally I saw someone that looked like she cared about her customers and showed her my receipt and we finally got our food. This also caused us to have to keep taking our dog out of the car multiple times as she couldn’t sit there and wait any longer and be safe
