We hadn’t ordered from Papa Murphy in a long time. I decided to last night for dinner. The staff was friendly, the pizza was nicely assembled. Unfortunately it made my family very sick. I was personally awake all night throwing up and experiencing diarrhea; my husband and kids had the latter. I called the shop today to let them know. This was a purchase on 1/9, I suspect it could have been the sausage, the rest of the toppings were veggies and cheese.

I was greeted warmly and thanked by the employee at the counter as soon as I stepped in the door, that was cool! My pizza was ready very quickly and I loved being able to mobile order it. And it was delicious!

We love Papa Murphy’s and this location they are always super nice. We used to order delivery pizza and we always seem to be disappointed with the taste and the quality and it’s super expensive these days. Papa Murphy’s is the only Pizza we eat now and love it! It’s fresh quality ingredients and you can’t beat the price! The only thing that I wish was a little different was the crust on the original just doesn’t get crispy at all, not even remotely. Husband likes the crust just as it is. I know there is instructions on the back to get it more crispy but it’s a little tricky. Nonetheless this is our favorite pizza by far and we love this location.

I thought this Papa Murphy’s location had gotten better over the last year, but sadly I was wrong. The last time I came here about two months ago, I placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived, they had no record of my order and had to make it for me when I arrived. Not a big deal, as I know there can be glitches with technology. The lady made up my pizza for me while I was waiting, but mistakenly put it on original crust even though I had ordered thin. I didn’t want to wait to have another one made so just took that one.
Tonight I ordered a 16 inch extra large thin crust online. My friend went to pick it up on her way over to my house. Luckily it was ready to go this time, but it was definitely NOT an extra large. The crust comes NO WHERE near the edges like it used to (see pic below). Just for grins, we measured it and the crust is a 14 inch, not the 16 inch we ordered. So I PAID for an extra large and received a large instead. Had I been the one to pick it up I would have asked them to remake it.
It is unfortunate because I thought this location was improving, but that is not the case. I will no longer be going to this location, and will tell others to avoid it, as well.

Our usual pizza place was closed on Monday and we had a big family gathering, so we tried Papa Murphy’s. We ordered 3 14-inch pizzas for 6 adults and 3 kids and it was just enough.
