Never been here before. Had Georgia as a bartender. She was absolutely excellent. Not sure Ive ever met someone so positive before. Definite win for Homeslice. She has to be a money maker for marketing.
Pizza was awesome! Easy to eat. Perfect amount of cheese and tomato. I got a simple cheese slice and the Tomato soup. Tomato soup had a little bit of a kick which is nice in this crispy cold weather of Chicago. Had a smokey flavor to it as well.
I will definitely be back. Atmosphere is a 5 stars with the really cool patio. Food is a 5. Customer service is definitely a 5 Had a blast.

Homeslice pizza in Lincoln Park. Very delicious pizza, with many choices of unique pizza topping combinations… Pizza by the slice as well…a wide selection of options for all pizza items for non pizza lovers as well. Very good beer selection…They’ve got a ton of toppings,and a bunch of different cheeses to choose from. I like that, you really can create so many different sorts of flavor profiles… it elevates the pizza beyond typical pizza flavors. But you know me I love just your basic cheese pizza lol….oh you have have to get the Bread sticks and Goat cheese appetizer that’s a 100% must. Best appetizer in my opinion! Only negative thing is, it’s a little bit pricey for pizza other than that

I thought this place was perfect for celebrating a birthday! The big lemonade was a great drink to get the party started. Service was great the waitress made sure we were all satisfied! Pizza also tasted amazing. Will be back soon to celebrate another birthday.

I came here on a Friday at 6pm with my family (3 of us). We made a reservation before arriving, which I recommend because at 6:30 it was very full of families. This place is kid / parent friendly for sure. It’s almost all people with kids.
They do not have a kids menu or kids cups but it isn’t a barrier because they are a pizza place with small pizzas.
We got the hummus plate to start which comes with a red pepper hummus, Kalamata olives all over the place. There were cucumber slices, sliced carrots, and pita bread. It was good. But I wish that the hummus was served in a bowl with the dippers around the bowl as opposed to everything on one plate.
Then I got the Caesar salad with blackened chicken, as a wrap with tater tots. On the menu they specify that you can do this. When I ordered it the waitress asked me several times if I still wanted the sun dried tomatoes, I said yes and she was appearing confused. It was good, not very CCSW flavored but not because of the sun dried tomato’s. I think it didn’t have enough Parmesan cheese or dressing but it was good. Just not a traditional one.
My partner got the double patty smash burger which the waitress said was her favorite. He liked it, said it was nothing special, the bun looked thick. It also came with tater tots (they were coin like tots).
My child got the small pepperoni pizza, they liked it, it’s a 4 slides pizza, great size for kids, they have lots of size options.
For drinks my child got a pink lemonade, I got the Aperol spritz, and my partner got the passion fruit frozen margarita. It was very sweet.

Came by this place on a hot & humid day, thoroughly irritated and dehydrated from a long walk. The service was very considerate and we got a table quick! The ceasar salad was so well mixed and savory. The pizzas (The Mercenary and Streetcorn) were so well prepared and they both tasted amazing. Made my evening so much better, definitely recommend guving this place a try! 🙂

We had a nice time at Homeslice. We went in on a Saturday evening and the place was busy and lively. Decor was very welcoming. My friends got the “figgy it in” pizza and I got the Kale Cashew salad. Food was incredibly tasty. Service was on-spot. It was a little too loud and having a conversation was hard but I’d highly recommend the place.
