Aji Ceviche Bar is a pretty decent Peruvian restaurant that has an ok price point compared to others. The meal was great but not something that blew my mind. The service was wonderful, attentive, and very quick. I would recommend the Natural Juices-they were wonderful! If you’re in the area, and want Peruvian food, this is a great stop.

Yesterday, my wife and I ordered from Aguiceviche Bar through Uber Eats because we were craving Peruvian food and already knew this place had a strong reputation. The experience fully lived up to our expectations.
We ordered a Mar y Tierra combo, which included a great variety of their dishes. The chicken causa was outstanding authentic, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, with that classic Peruvian taste that’s hard to find. The ceviche was spectacular; it had been a long time since we’d had a ceviche this good fresh, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. The arroz con mariscos was also very, very good, rich in flavor and well cooked.
The jalea deserves a special mention it’s an excellent recommendation if you’re exploring Peruvian cuisine. Everything arrived well presented and full of flavor. To finish, we had alfajores for dessert, and wow they were incredible, the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
I highly recommend Aji Ceviche Bar if you’re looking for authentic Peruvian food, great variety, and consistently high quality. It’s a fantastic option when you’re craving true flavors from Peru. ️

Kenita was amazing and very friendly. Only downfall was the wait if you wanted to eat at a table me and my friend went to the bar which was first come first serve other than that super recommended!

I can’t compliment enough this place!!! Their attention was awesome, really nice server and waitress, and I have no words to express how happy I was when my food came in!!! Even my husband who is a blue-collar guy from the north of the Midwest, who is absolutely not familiar with this kind of food was so happy and ate everything which is not coming with him when we are trying new things. I wish they had one of the restaurants in the North Chicago area. 1000/10 excellent and widely recommended!

This week, I’m all about Peruvian Food! I found a great little spot and tries the Arroz Norteno! It had a tasty mix of squid, shrimp, and mussels with a creamy cilantro rice. I love spicy food so I add the Salsa Corilla, which gave it the extra heat I was looking for in Peruvian cuisine. It paired really well with the dish.
