I usually love McAlister’s but this one is awful. The service was non existent. The lady at the front barely is able to speak with us about ordering food. On top of that she was eating ice out of the ice machine by hand. She has headphones on talking to someone else. Food came out untoasted and cold. We have to get back on the road so don’t have time to deal with it.
The entire place was empty when we were there so that probably makes sense looking back at it. Don’t waste you time just go to Chipotle or something.

The cashier provided wonderful service. It was my first time so she helped me with trying to decide what I wanted from the menu. The place was quite and cozy. It’s a nice deli.

Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff that was helpful why we deciphered menu. It was our first time. Cabaitta bread was so soft and absolutely delicious. It tasted like it was made fresh before we walked in. The whole family was very pleased with their meals. I will say I prefer Jason’s Deli only for salad bar and the self-serve drinks.. but besides that, McCallisters ranked really high. I will definitely be back. I joined the rewards club and might consider delivery next time.

We had the King Club with a side of macaroni and cheese and a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup. Perfect for a quick bite before heading out to watch a movie! Great service!
Clean tables, chairs, and floors. It’s hot outside and the restaurantwas nice and cool A/C. There was a nice selection of 70’s-80’s music playing, an all around pleasant atmosphere.

Floor is sticky with liquid on the floor. Bagged our lunch and left it at the front counter instead of bringing it to our table. Had to eat out of to go boxes. Didn’t give us any way to eat our food. Asked for silverware and was told there was no forks. Gave us spoons to eat a salad with. Table next to us had forks. Table wasnt cleaned when we sat down. Had to clean it ourselves. No ice in our drinks either. Over all bad experience.

Food is amazing but don’t order curbside. I ordered and sat in the parking lot for 30 mins, even called and they said they would bring it right out. Nope, I had to go in with my bonnet and pjs and it was sitting right behind the front desk as the lady up there was on her phone. Horrible service.

Pick up order. Got a chicken sandwich which came with 1/4 pickle. Also got the veggie soup, and a Caesar salad. Everything was very tasty. Just wish they carried fries:/, calm and cozy atmosphere if you want to eat there, plenty of seating.

Delightful staff and good food! I recall being extremely cold inside, so maybe come prepared for that. Food came out pretty quick. Love that I was able to take some to go, it came in really handy! So glad I can now say I like and have tried McAlister’s.
