The shop is downright disgusting at best. Food all over the floors, tables and even chairs. Must be allergic to cleanliness. The employees especially the younger ones are just rude and downright dont look like they wanna be there and anything you request is an inconvience to them. Most adults, including myself have seen how chaotic these work environments can be but these folks arent even trying, just there to pick up a check. Even more with the manangement team. The fries are lukewarm at best, they always get your order wrong or its missing something, and dont get me started with how hard their bread is half the time in the morning. Had bricks for breads for breakfast at one point. It hasnt been long since this store has been up but i dont think its going to last long with foods and services being below sub par. Even their CEO spits out the food, Burger King or Wendys definitely a much better and safer option. They give you actual food that you request and not a mystery bag of whether its edible or not for $20. I would give a 0 star if i could, never coming back here and im definitely not recommending McDonalds to anyone in the foreseeable future.

Store was clean. Nuggets we hot and freshly cooked. Bathrooms are locked had to ask to be let in and was reasonably clean. This store does alot of drive-thru orders. Appeared to be very fast at getting people through.

Awful customer experience. One must use kiosk as there is no one there to assist. You literally have to almost walk back to the kitchen for any assistance. Double cheeseburger was terrible all we asked was no onions and no salt see photo for details. Fries COLD Chicken nuggets COLD. Manager apologized but took 10min to fix.

Waited in the drive thru for about 5 min. As I watched 3 other people get served in the other lane, pulled up to the window to finally order. Then got told that I needed to pull to the front and wait…. I waited 15 mins! Btw im on lunch at the time so all in all 20 mins so far no food. Then after waiting went inside where they proceeded to act as if I didn’t just order in the drive thru…. worst McDonald’s ever.

I have never been treated so rudely by a McDonald’s employee. I was trying to buy a grinch adult happy meal, and they where sold out, which is fine and I would have understood if the person taking my order had said that. Instead he acted like I was a crazy person for trying to order an adult happy meal and that he had never heard of one.
This was December 17th. Right in the middle of giant marketing campaign for these meals.

We spent a Saturday morning at McDonald’s to enjoy the play area. When my son asked for a refill, the staff simply told us there are no refills available. Honestly, I’ve always enjoyed eating at McDonald’s because their food is comforting and familiar. However, I find it surprising that they don’t offer soft drink refills, which have been a staple in many fast-food places for years. The staff are friendly, but offering refills could really boost customer satisfaction. It’s a bit disappointing that the refill machine was removed; it used to make it easy for families to get multiple drinks without reordering. If McDonald’s wants families and kids to stay longer and have more fun in the Playplace, bringing back the refill option could encourage longer visits and make the experience even more enjoyable.

I have went to this one many times the one on Colby Avenue is much better never go to this one.
They’ve messed up my drinks and order orders multiple times left the window unattended with my order just sitting right in the window and many more other things. Also harassed people in the parking lot who weren’t doing anything wrong while I watch.

Quite frankly, it had been quite a while since I’ve been to or even gotten anything from this Micky-D’s (is that how you’re supposed spell it?) location. Despite the fact that I’ve almost always lived a short distance away from it. Not what you’d consider to be “walking distance” but still pretty close. And you know, I was all set, geared, revved, and ready to go (if ya know, then ya know. And if you’re coming on, C’mon!!!) last week, but it seems as though the hot streak of non-patronization will alase, continue. For who knows how long. Because, as I said I was all juiced up, looking to procure a few Qtr pounders, but it seemed that the Everett Police Department had different plans.
Cause, when I got there, and this was at like, 3:30 – 4:00 A.M, there were idk how many flashing lights attached to who knows how many municipal vehicles. A large contingent of which were occupying the entirety of the drive-through lane. Call me conspiratorial, but I don’t thinks they were there for nuggies either. Actually, word is the Hamburgler was spotted nearby that location earlier in the evening. And ever since he kidnapped old Mayor McCheese, well, suffice to say, I don’t think they’re taking any chances. Or cheeses? Hey, has anyone seen the Mayor’s pet Cheetah lately? He answers to the name of…….Chester, if yall see one in your travels.

I arrived in the evening to purchase food after a long workday. When I ordered a cheeseburger meal, I was informed that there was no soda available at all. As a result, I was unable to receive any beverage with my meal.
After that, I requested sauce, but I did not receive any response. When I drove up to the service window to remind the staff about the sauce, I was spoken to rudely and told that there was absolutely no sauce available and that I should move to the waiting parking
area.
I was disappointed not only by the lack of basic items included in the meal, but also by the manner in which the situation was handled. I believe this does not meet acceptable customer service standards and hope this issue will h ‘dressed.
