Every time I go here they make me park and make me wait 25 minutes or longer for a Happy meal that has four piece chicken nuggets and fries. I asked for a refund because they made me want to wait and I told him I was not waiting and they told me they’re training people every time I go here this is what happens stay clear of this McDonald’s they will make you park and wait 25 plus minutes for your order and they do not care they think it’s a joke I would avoid this McDonald’s at all possible cause this McDonald’s all they do is stand around act like they got nothing better to do play on their phones and when you ask for your food they just straight up ignore you. They need a whole new staff and management if you continue to read the reviews you will see that this is have been an ongoing prom for quite a long time and they seem not to really care I don’t know how this McDonald’s stays in business

Went here with my family on Sunday May -25-2025 , we ordered some Happy Meals. To get the cute little Squishmallow toys we were very lucky to get two different toys this time. The staff here is extremely friendly and super nice !! They fixed our French fries and gave us a bigger one because originally they didn’t put much in the ” kid sized fries ” . Quick service. I was very surprised to see that they still have a ( play – place ) and especially still with Covid-19/ RSV , very shocking. The food was pretty hot and tasted good! No complaints whatsoever , good staff ! This is a busy location because there open 24 hours . You don’t usually see many McDonald’s open 24 hrs anymore!

Ive waited for 20 minutes to recieve my food. Never coming back here again! the speed & good quality was ridiculous. I am a fast food worker myself & I understand how hard it is to deal with people.. BUT when I see them grown adults just standing there & basically doing absolutely nothing. it gets to a point.. you chose that job. Y’all need to do better!

I wanted a late nite snack after an evening of dancing and the means McFLURRY with M&Ms. I chose to go in and try to kiosk and my app–and I found a 50% off deal in the app! Service was faster than going through the drive thru with the long lines.
I found a clean venue with some high tops and accessible standard tables. Interesting to note that the fountain drinks are in the dining area for easy refills but the sweet tea and unsweet tea are behind the counter.
Service is fast and friendly. I find a PlayPlace with a small toddler area, so good for al my grand kids.

Accessible men’s and women’s restrooms with dedicated stall, with 5ft x 5ft space, and diaper changer,
Free accessible parking in lot with no curbs.

The worst management skills. Apparently it’s okay for a manager to speak down to their customers with disrespect.. I asked for a manager’s assistance to help my daughter get toys from the playscape but instead of getting the toys she wants to scold me about leaving the door open because the placecape is 100°.. instead of politely asking me to close the door. She starts speaking down to me with zero respect and zero class

Very disappointed with the food I got . I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal for my daughter and instead of the chicken I got a single burger patty with no bun or anything . The girl at the window was very rude on her phone the whole time I was recieving my order .

I ordered on the app. Got a code. Got in the drive thru line it switched my code to counter pickup. Instead of graciously handing me my food at the window , she fully made me park my car and come inside. Then when I got out and open my bag , this is what I see half full french fries for the twenty dollars , I spent. Will be reporting the manager. This is ridiculous and also why I normally frequent the 66th st location.

For several weeks, orders placed through the McDonald’s app are accepted (login successful, code accepted, confirmation shown) and then rejected with no error message or explanation. Except: “no service connection” This has occurred at multiple restaurant locations, at different times of day, and with consistent results.
I have thoroughly ruled out device-related causes:
Galaxy S24, fully updated
App reinstalled multiple times
App data/cache cleared
Location, notifications, and permissions verified
Battery/background restrictions removed
Issue persists across Wi-Fi and cellular
App worked once after reset, then immediately reverted to failing again
Given the above, this appears to be a backend, account, or order-processing issue rather than a device or user configuration problem.
I am requesting that this case be escalated to technical support or the appropriate backend team for review of account status and order processing logs.

This is the worst of McDonald’s location in Pinellas County. I hate this location so much. just because it’s so close to our house, Idon’t have to drive too far. The lady gave us drinks, but not the straws. when asking for the straws, she declined to give us to straws. She told us to park in the parking lot and waiting for food and we will give the straw later. But never did, but I had to walk in a McDonald’s to get the straws by myself.
The owner of this location needs to be addressed by the corporate of McDonald’s. Long waiting. Rude workers.
