Place is really nice, it looks like its fairly new not to old of a building. The people are really nice, greeter was cute. The waitress did a really good job, i asked about the burgers on the 3 for me meal, and she gladly told me what came with them. I recommend the smash burger was really good. Chips and sauce came with it, I feel like the chips changed from like 5 years back, the last time I’ve had them. The salsa was okay but did need something to give it that, I’ll keep dipping. Would recommend this place, really clean and the staff is helpful and nice.

My love and I arrived around 4:55 pm and were promptly seated, however, the service was horrible. Our waitress C was amazing, and we had good laughs with her. But when she was busy assisting others, and we tried to flag down other waiters, they were rude and inattentive when my love requested refills for his beverages. I also requested heated salsa, but kept getting cold salsa. At one point, the dishes were hot, but the salsa was still cold. He requested chicken enchilada soup and they didn’t have any (I know due to the winter storm), then he requested Sprite, and they were out of that, as well. We settled for the 3 for me combos, and our food was good enough. We also had a skillet cookie to share for dessert. However, we were getting ready to leave and had a $30 gift card to use, and had to wait for the manager and waitress to retrieve all of the money from the card, and at one point noticed that we were being charged the full amount for the skillet cookie, even though the menu said that we could get it at a discounted price. Thankfully, the manager rectified that problem quickly. I will say, it took too long to pay for our food. We were in the restaurant for a total of 2 hours, and we should’ve been in and out within 45 minutes to an hour.

The new store looks great. Food was good, our waitress with the colored, wild hair was incredible! Very friendly, extremely efficient, funny. We had a great time, there being 6 of us.

Upon walking in and getting our table for 5 people. It seemed that the tables were really close to each other and seemed like our group had no comfort and it almost came to the point of feeling claustrophobic. We ordered our meal and after 10 to 15 minute wait, two of the 5 people got their meal. But the two didn’t want to eat in front of the other two so we waited another 3 or 4 minutes, then one more plate came out. So what do we do again…wait, and then after 5 more minutes another plate came out and the waitress said the final plate will be out shortly (a chicken sandwich all be it) so we waited some more. At this point we were all hungry so we snacked on our plates as another fives went by. Well they finally brought out his plate. 30 minutes plus for everyone to get our plates, and usually everyone receives a plate at the same time. Last time I go in there to say the least at least in that location. Poor service all around.

The food was good, not excellent. The service was good. The atmosphere was horrible. It was so crowded in this Chili’s that it made ya feel a little cholstrophobic. Also caused a little anxiety. When the food was brought out to our table, 2 plates were brought out then 10 minutes later 1 more plate was brought out, then 10 minutes later the 4th plate came out and then the last plate was delivered about 10 minutes later. Usually the plates are brought out all together and everyone gets to eat at the same time. There was nothing said to us about why they brought the food out like that. I know it was Sunday after church but any other restaurant would have made sure everyone got their food at the same time. Very disappointed in this Chili’s. Will not be retur in to this location. Plus the entire place just felt so cramped. We had 5 people in our party and seemed lime we were eating on top of each other. Please do a better job and get this place not so cramped.

Even after they have reopened I do not enjoy their food. Yesterday was the worst . Nothing worse then getting home and biting into raw meat

Welcome to Chili’s! Loved this location of one of the best American restaurants! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and plenty of great food! Our server was friendly and efficient. The beer was cold, the food was hot, and the desert was both cold and hot 😉 highly recommend the chocolate molten lava cake

I’ve tried the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken at many Chili’s around the country. This location is Arlington is truly the worst. Almost no Alfredo sauce on the pasta. The food was barely lukewarm, dry and tasteless. I don’t think that I will try this location again.

We got to the restaurant and sat at the bar. For 10 minutes, not a single person acknowledged us no greeting, no menu, not even eye contact. Then I watched as another couple, who arrived after us, was greeted and had their order taken before anyone even looked our way.
I don’t want to assume anything, but the difference in treatment was loud and clear and honestly, unacceptable. I finally got up and spoke to the manager and explained how frustrating the experience had been so far. His only response was a dismissive “I’m sorry.” No real accountability, no urgency to correct the issue, nothing.
Then, they spilled our drink all over the table and didn’t even offer to remake it. I had to ask them to fix their own mistake. It just felt careless. On top of that, I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and they brought me a regular cheeseburger. I asked for water with no ice, and they brought it with ice anyway.
By that point, it was clear no one was paying attention and no one cared. We came to enjoy a meal, but instead we were treated like an afterthought. This experience was beyond frustrating, and if this is how guests are treated here, especially guests who look like me, then something needs to change…fast!
