Le Dish Asian Fusion is a great spot. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone there is genuinely friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful dining experience—I’ll definitely be back.

Anyone who’s eaten here knows that Le Dish is the best sushi in town. Ordered the love boat and it was not surprising how good it was as my expectations were high. Highly recommended for a great night with your family

Best in the area for Asian fusion.

My friends and I love this place. Staff is friendly. Food is excellent. Soup dumplings and egg rolls are the best I’ve ever had. Crispy with perfect “blisters” on the skin for the egg rolls. Soup dumplings are sumptuous and richly flavored.

I’ve had many of their dishes. Never disappointed.

Le Dish Asian Fusion is a great spot to go. Whenever my wife and I are in NJ we have to stop by. The Fried dumplings, Grandfather(General Tso) Chicken, Chicken Chow Fun, Boneless Ribs, Fried Cheesecake and Thai Iced Tea and the best. Also, beautifully decorated.

If I could have given it six stars I would have! This was quite a fine! We’ve lived in the area for a long time and just never stopped in, but everything we had was amazing from the cowboy sushi roll, to the Thai green curry and the Le Dish supreme! The service was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. Really can’t complain about anything! And even the prices were reasonable! Highly recommend bringing cash you get 10% off!

Here is an update, went back probably three or four more times. I’ve tried a little bit of everything on the menu. This time had more sushi it was all outstanding! Hands down. This is one of our favorite places!

Good vegetarian sushi and soup. The sushi rice was under slightly under seasoned and just a bit overcooked. Otherwise, I would have rated a bit higher. My son loved the Tom Kha and the Shirley Temple drink. Loved that they served the hot tea by the pot. The service was excellent. They also gave us 10% off for paying with cash. Overall good experience and very reasonably priced. I would go back.

Alright, you sushi-crazed lunatic, buckle up for this Google review of Le Dish in Hamilton, NJ—because I’m about to lose my damn mind over this place! 5 stars, baby! The sushi? Fresh as hell—those fish slices were so good I nearly cried into my soy sauce. And the pineapple rice? Holy crap, it’s like a tropical party in my mouth—amazing doesn’t even cover it!

BUT—listen up, you beer-deprived devils—why the hell don’t you sell Miller Lite?! I’m sitting here, stuffing my face with perfection, and you leave me high and dry with no cold one to chase it down! Fix that nonsense, and I’ll be back every damn week to worship at your sushi altar. Still, the food’s so good I’ll forgive the beer betrayal. 5 stars, you glorious, Miller Lite-less geniuses!

This Asian restaurant has a truly massive menu spanning Chinese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine, so it’s easy to get overwhelmed the first time you go.

My mom and I wanted to take our time looking through the menu because it was so big, but since the waiters were extra attentive and asking every couple minutes if we were ready to order, we felt a bit rushed.

We ended up getting the angry bird sushi roll and Godzilla sushi roll. I forget which roll was which, but the crab and shrimp tempura was incredible. We both felt it was one of the best sushi rolls we’ve had. However, we felt the crab, avocado, and cream cheese roll had way too much cream cheese.

For appetizers, the pan fried pork dumplings were okay. Not bad but not exceptional. The three custard buns, in contrast, were divine – big, soft, fluffy, with a perfectly melted center. It filled me up more than the sushi.

Mom’s beef with chilli sauce dish had a nicely presented carrot flower, but too much oil on the bottom. She ended up tilting the plate to keep the oil in one corner of the square plate.

The restaurant has beautiful decor with white walls, snakeskin-looking seats, and red napkins. It’s a striking color scheme, and the abstract paintings and flowers add an elegant touch. The industrial ceiling can be ignored thanks to the wavy mesh – a creative way to retain the elegance of the space.

Despite the nice decor, I think it’s best to dress casually, maybe business casual at most. You’d look a bit out of place in a suit, I feel.

In all, the meal was $85 including tips for two people. The service was okay, and the sushi felt a tad expensive compared to other local sushi places. I’d love to come back and try the rest of the menu, like the Peking duck, but based on this visit, it’s a solid 3 stars out of 5.

We order takeout and delivery frequently. Sometimes we dine-in. Food is always delicious, consistent, and on time, even when we aren’t! Tonight my wife’s train was late at Hamilton station, we expected to be home prior to the delivery we ordered. The drive from Le Fish waited and extra 10 minutes so that the food wouldn’t sit out in the rain. That’s beyond good or great service! Thank you so much, dinner was saved! And as always delicious
