Some of the best pizza in the area. I will admit, I do not like pizza after managing a pizza joint for years. But there’s something different about Sarpinos. The crust is perfect, the fresh toppings selection far exceeds that of other local pizza places. I have been ordering from Sarpinos for close to 20 years now, and it never disappoints. They offer fee free delivery service, and their drivers and quick, friendly, and professional. The food prices are slightly higher than other local options, but we’ll worth every penny spent. They have some excellent specialty pizzas, and the baked spaghetti with added meatballs is one of my favorites. This place is a hidden gem that is well worth checking out if you’re looking for a great pizza. Plus so many other options like wings, salads, calzones, pastas, and my personal favorite tiramisu! One taste and you will have found yourself your next favorite pizza place!

Recently went through a midlife crisis where I felt I needed to find my new go to pizza place and this ended up being the first and last spot.
So far I’ve done the Santa Fe chicken, a pepperoni pineapple, and the veggie add chicken. All phenomenal would do again. I love that the “bake well” feature just does the crust a little extra and doesn’t burn the cheese.
The ingredients actually fill you so you don’t have to smash the entire pizza. I’ve been eating my veggie pizza for 3 days now, pop it in the oven and the crust is perrrfection.
The garlic sauce, delicious.
This location does an EXCELLENT job.

I usually get my food delivered from Sarpino’s & am always impressed by their friendly delivery people. I love their calzones, cheesy breadsticks & meatballs but never tried their pizza. I ordered it last night & omg!!! That was THE BEST pizza I’ve had in 50 years & trust me, I’ve had a LOT of pizza. Everything was done to perfection! And the flavor was off the charts! This is going to be my go-to place for pizza from now on! I highly recommend the food & you won’t find nicer people. Thank you, Sarpino’s!

Walking into Otsego Sarpino’s is like entering a magical realm where Alex Ope personally supervises every pizza and each employee has been blessed with patience and common sense. The place hums like a well-oiled spaceship, the crust is perfect every time, and somehow even the garlic sauce knows how to behave.
Now New Hope is something else entirely. New Hope is a mix between a circus, a soap opera, and a physics experiment gone wrong. Paychecks appear on their own mysterious schedule, sometimes bouncing like a rogue kangaroo. Employees wander like lost NPCs in a video game and customers are treated to a thrilling game of “Guess Who Handles My Order Today.” Floors are sticky enough to invent new sports. Cheese slices sometimes defy gravity.
In short, Otsego is a paradise of competence and care while New Hope is chaos incarnate in fluorescent lighting. If you want your pizza without a side of existential dread, go to Otsego.

Just got our pizza and I’m not even done eating it yet. Had to pop on and write a review. This is probably one of the best Taco pizzas I’ve ever had! The fresh ingredients and full slices of tomatoes are so delicious. The crust is cooked perfectly as well. Delivery was fast and earlier than expected. This will definitely be our go to pizza place from now on.

Hands down, the Otsego location of Sarpino’s is 100x better than the New Hope location. Alex Ope, the owner, truly cares about everything an owner should care about—from treating employees fairly to keeping operations smooth, organized, and professional.
By contrast, my experience with the New Hope location was extremely disappointing. Paychecks were unreliable, communication was poor, and basic management responsibilities often seemed ignored. The difference in leadership and accountability between the two locations could not be more obvious.
If you want a Sarpino’s location that actually runs like it should and treats people with respect, go to Otsego.

Ordering online was easy as a breeze. My order was ready to pickup very quickly. Lead time was estimated 30 minutes but only took 20 minutes. Associates in store were welcoming and very friendly. Pictured is Midnight Express 16”.
