Pure Family and Friends Fun Place and Restaurant. While dining in, kids can be freely be kids, teen agers can teen agers, and adults can be adults. Everyone can enjoy and be free.
Open concept, lots of walking room, huge video screens, bar for adults and activities for teens and below.
Super fun place to hang out and enjoy delicious food.
I ordered grilled salmon, it was amazing. Rice were perfect and salmon was cooked to perfection.

My husband, 2 sons and I stopped by for under 1 hot or so on Wednesday October 15th, 2025 for my oldest son’s birthday (he turned 12). The location is accessible as it’s off the Long Island Expressway. The self check in was easy enough but we needed help from an employee and he was very* attentive.
The space itself is ample and fairly clean, the games were fun and easy to use. We did not have any food but the bar area looked fun and entertaining. Overall the space is great and a good spot to take older kids and youthful adults! ️

Overall we had a great time. I came with my family and had a wide selection of games to play.
We ate food at the restaurant which was neutral. The Philly rolls were very good but the rest was average bar food.
The best part of the visit were the team members.
As expected, we had some problems with games loading or running correctly. Tylo was walking around making sure guests were having a good time as well as fixing any issues that arose. We had some issues and he was always there promptly before we’d even had to look for an attendant! You don’t find service like that these days so what a valuable asset to Dave and Busters.
Place was clean, attendants were walking around cleaning and always on point if needed.
We will be back! I need to collect all of my Star Trek cards! lol

The arcade games were a lot of fun. Visited on a weekday evening, most games were easily available to play.
My 3 year old ate chicken bites and fries. Would recommend skipping the kids blue lemonade.
The nachos looked and tasted like something a prisoner would put together in jail, so thankfully my wife and I enjoyed the wings. Didn’t get much food and the bill was $86 after tip, I will eat elsewhere and come only for the games next visit.

Had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! Our server was really attentive and checked in on us often. The food was absolutely delicious and came out perfectly. Seriously impressed with the table service overall. We’ll definitely be back for more great food and service!

A few friends and I had an fun Saturday night at Dave & Buster’s Islandia. We enjoyed fresh and tasty burgers, wings, and chicken strips. Despite being busy, there were plenty of games to play for all ages, thanks to their recent renovations. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, making great recommendations. The place felt safe with lots of staff and security around. Overall, a fantastic experience we highly recommend!

I do have to say I’m a little disappointed in my last visit to Dave& Buster’s. Don’t get me wrong we had a great time and the food was good. We went there on a busy night which is why I think the service wasn’t on top or as good as previous times which is understandable. We went to be seated but the table wasn’t even cleaned yet so we had to wait additional 5-10minutes before being seated. The waiter that we had didn’t write down our order which is why I think we got something we didn’t order. They took it off our bill without any questions. Rarely did I see him on the floor so I had to ask other waiters for napkins and refills. We also stayed to play games. My 4-year-old had a blast but to me at my older age I feel Dave& Buster’s had a better gaming layout 5 years or so ago.. but I will say having a birthday party here for our son is still an option.

The food was delicious, the server we had never asked if we wanted more to drink, we had to ask a different server for a to- go box and then we sat there another 15+ minutes waiting to get our check while our server walked right past our table several times. Worst service i think I’ve had anywhere. This was our first time at a Dave & Busters so first impressions weren’t the best. But the food was absolutely delicious!!!

This review is not so much about the place but more about one staff member in particular. Izzy. He is fantastic and will go very far. My girl, my 7yr old son and I visited there tonight. We were waiting patiently for the godzilla vr game for my son for a few moments when all of a sudden when it was his turn 2 14yr olds push him out of the way and jump on saying they were next. when telling them we were waiting and even the person who just got off the game told them as well they persisted to sit and play with no regard. ok play your game. then they decided to be bums and keep playing and then playing and then playing it again. well finally i had enough. tempted to unplug the machine my better judgement kicked in and went to a crew member. explained the situation to him and took care of it right away in respectful defusing manner. My bud was able to get on right away and with some extra credits as he had the troublemakers leave the game. He is great and we appreciated his help. He deserves a raise.
Oh and btw we ordered food there too and he came by to make sure everything was good. Our server Gabbi was fantastic and attenyive. Thank you

I take my kids here every other Wednesday for the half off games and some dinner. The waiters are always nice and not once has a manager failed to check in while we were eating. Shows they care! Game selection is vast and it’s rare that one is out of order… and when it is you usually see someone working on it! Keep up the good work and see you guys later today!
