I ordered through Doordash last night and was truly looking forward to it because I’ve had it before, but not in a while. The burger arrived like this. As you can c, the avocado was smashed on the container itself OUTSIDE of the paper packaging, it looked like they just threw everything together like THROWN. It was $3 for that little bit of avocado, with a $35 total, excluding the tip on Doordash for this, fries, and an order of 6 piece chicken nuggets. The nuggets looked like they were fried in old oil and didn’t taste fresh at all…I just ended up throwing them and the fries out. Everything was cold by the way.

I don’t understand how this is popular. $27 for a small French fry with a dusting of spice, a single patty tiny dry burger and a 6 piece boneless wings.
The “Korean” burgers arent anything great and honestly at their price point should be huge and juicy. If you wanna go corporate slop, just get smashburger.
The only thing that was OK was the korean chicken and it was more breading than chicken.
In a world where I can get a full meal with 2 sides at sit down burger joints, there is no reason my entire meal should have been more than $14 tops.
If you can survive on fake tik tok reviews and corporate trash Hype, eat here
If you want about 100 other better burgers for less?
Down the block is Black Label, Smash Burger, Halal n Out, burgers & Sheiks, Flippin Buns . All within a short drive and so so so much better and cheaper.

Overall okay. The cheese garlic fries were very good but the sauce on the side was only 1/3 filled. The shake was also good but again had room for more.

Dec 2024 update. Had the opportunity to try Shack again. Placed the order in the parking lot and waited for it inside. Way better when it comes out hot. Love the shakes.
This is my first experience of a shack burger. I ordered online with a 20 minute lead time. I got there before pick up time, food was ready on the shelf. I don’t know how fast they made it or how long it sat on the shelf but the fries and burger was already cold. It also doesn’t help that the bags don’t close letting the warmth escape. See pix not very appealing. The shake was good.

So it’s Shake Shack food. Lots of salt and a fair amount of flavor. This particular one was as you would expect…..ok food, average service, no real atmosphere. And 15 minutes to wait for a hamburger seems a bit excessive. Also, I don’t know why regular tale out orders get a burger bag and fries bag…whereas Uber or Grubhub orders get a nice closed box for both. Much better to keep it warm and fresh.

The place is nice, atmosphere is fun and loud, but if you’re a big eater you’re gonna spend like 30 bucks to get full, I ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders and it was smaller than an appetizer for example… Their burgers are amazing but even a triple doesn’t fill me up… The service is a little bit slow, I had a question on the kiosk and I yelled excuse me like five times and still nobody answered… They have orders of fries sitting there but they make you wait 10 minutes for your food, at least hand us the fries that are sitting there so we can start while you’re cooking… And I wish the chairs had cushions
